I find it amusing that house flippers ALSO look for homes with cosmetic-only problems (cat pee carpet, super dirty, etc). The problem is even the dumbest realtor knows to spend $5k on replacing cat pee carpets in order to increase the selling price by $30k so these stinky homes are difficult to find.
So 2 things, first I'd suggest the blue driver scanner if you're not too great with mechanical things because it tells you the highest rated things to fix for that specific car linking to that code. Also you can do research yourself before fixing it, to see how common that is with that code. If it doesn't work you just do a process of elimination until you get the right thing. Going from most likely given the data you have to least likely
Nice video, thanks for sharing the process. I know you state you can teach how to flip vehicles but you need a dealers license and in Louisiana the process is pretty grueling and you are required to have a lot, building, many other things. Are there ways around this?
i live in california im at my limit all ready of how many cars i can buy and flip. Besides having family or friends register under there names, I don't see any other alternative besides getting a dealer license.
Check the video I made explaining how you can get into dealer auctions. I explain how you can legally get past the state limit as well. The link for it is www.flippinguniversity.net/auction
@@FlippingUniversity I already have accounts with copart and iaai I go thur my broker witch fees are very low compared to others. I guess what I’m asking is under my name how am I able to sell and buy more cars if there’s a limit without getting a dealer license in California?
@@betoskickz yup I get what you're saying. That law applies to most states in the US. Check out the video from the link. I don't just go over auction access, I go over what you are talking about as well

How do you know it's not a big deal the p0325 code. I know the scanner told you what it is but what if it's something more expensive? Please answer

Thanks man, and yup it's the same way in New York as well. You can check the link in the description to see how I do it
*In Louisiana, if you sell 4 or less vehicles in any 12 month period, you do not need a dealers license.*
