About microplastics: theyre inside you snd youll never be free of microplastics, but here are some things you can do to reduce your exposure: -glass or stainless steel water bottles -water source that does not use PVC pipes -avoid non-stick pans -avoid plastic utensiles -use glass containers for food/meal prep -wear more cotton, silk, wool, etc and less polyester and whatnot (especially underwear, no reason not to go with 100% cotton) -same thing with your bedsheets, pillow cases, comfortors. -same thing with your furniture, go with leather, wood, metal -wooden or steel cooking utensils

I don't know if that's the solution, because the plastics have already accumulated in certain parts of the body, its not just in the blood. I'm sure in the future there will be a solution but right now i agree with OP there is nothing we can do.@raidyshady3729
