Top 10 Non Red Haste Creatures
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 чер 2024
- Haste is a keyword ability that makes it so that a creature can ignore summoning sickness, allowing them to attack or activate tap abilities the turn they enter the battlefield. Red is by far the color most heavily associated with this ability, as it goes great with the color’s chaotic and aggressive identity. However, there are other colors who get the ability occasionally, and even some colorless creatures with haste. So, today we’re going to go over the best creatures with haste in the game who aren’t red.

(Just a note, we have people who actually know the game very well making the scripts for this channel. As the owner of the channel (Theduellogs/hirumaredx) is a total newbie to the game.)
Ah yes, my favorite set, Eladryn
I think he just intentionally completely fucks the pronounciation for comment engagement
I'm pretty sure the narrator is an alien.
As well as Asslaids of Life's Bounty 😂
You can tell he's a YGO player by his inability to read names
I genuinely thought that the narrator was AI when I first found his channel.
Every time you complain about eldraine standard, they randomly add or remove an ability to Questing Beast
I will forever be annoyed that Craterhoof isn't #1 on the list.
It has a long legacy of being in the perfect middle ground of "incredibly powerful game ender" and "still requires some setup to win with".
Just so you're aware, reality smasher can be cast using any colourless source.
True but a lot of people get confused by the difference between colorless and generic mana. Colorless is from anything that has that symbol such as Unknown Shores or Eldrazi Temple. Generic is any mana regardless of source. It honestly hasn't come up too often since it is pretty much only in one set with some occasional offshoots. It wouldn't be so confusing if it came up more often.
Right now in standard we have painlands from Dominaria that can produce colorless mana
Just caught you on the upload. I love your videos! Keep up the great work
Gingerbrute is in Throne of Eldraine AND Wilds of Eldraine, which is a new, standard legal set
funny how blue has more haste than white even though white is an aggro color
That's like saying funny how red has more mass removal than blue considering blue is a control color. Dividing the effects so different colors do different things with them gives them definition.
Quite the video idea, thank you for your quest for sharing knowledge
Interesting video topic! Could you do some more videos revolving around Legacy and some more pauper videos as well?
Amazing!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩
I swear you have to be trolling with how often you mispronounce words. I enjoy your channel regardless. Keep it up.
He absolutely is. Makes people comment.
Could be an AI voice?
It's classic application of the "Um, Actually" principle that's inextricable from dweeb psychology.
Questing beast is apparently a token!!! That card has beat me so many times
another point for vorinklex is that it givesemergent ultimatum a deterministic kill by letting the latest vraska put 18 poison on the enemy, this forces your opponent to give you whatever 3rd card you put in the pile
I'd appreciate a video for the Top 10 Myr cards and the Top 10 Sliver cards.
bloodghast + skull clamp. OP combo
Asslaids of Life's Bounty slots right in my Anikthea deck 😉🤣
30 minutes in and half of the comments are about him having a different way to pronounce a word 😅
Ah questing beast every time I read it I’m like, wait when did it do that
Questing beast is awesome 🤠
Bruh if I had a nickel for how many times in manalogs videos Craterhoof was pronounced "Caterhoof" i'd be rich.
Interesting fact about the #1 on the list: it seems to have a new line of text each time you read it.
Me when Craterhoof showed up at number 5 : uh oh
Rankle needs to deal combat damage to a player.
In fairness to his mistake, any intelligent player will usually only play Rankle when it looks like there is an opening to get that combat damage in.
This channel does mistakes like that on purpose, even going as far as intentionally mispronounce names of cards etc. to increase views :D. Nothing wrong with that, but just fyi.
(6:12) I'm sorry... "Eladrin"? I know you often mispronounce things (perhaps on purpose to get people to comment on it, which succeeded with me now), but I just had to say something about how you said "Eldraine" here. (I'm pretty sure this tops "Fastbound".)
Sad Starscream didn't make it onto the list.
Potentially dumb question from someone who doesn't play Magic, if a creature with Haste doesn't have to wait a turn to attack can one attack directly on the very first turn before your opponent has a chance to play anything? Or is it like Yugioh where nobody can attack on the very first turn?
If you play a haste creature turn 1 you can Attack your opponent
Because of the mana system, it’s much easier to balance the things that can attack turn 1 than YuGiOh. In many formats, you will never be able to get more than 1 mana on turn 1, and all the 1 mana haste creatures are small. There are six creature ever printed at one mana with haste and 2+ power: 4 leave the battle field at the end of turn, one draws your opponent cards, and one destroys your own lands.
Rankle Master of Prankles
How is Akroma not on this list?
No nether shadow? :(
ELAYDRIN
Everyone here is losing their mind that he missed pronounced eldraine wrong, but he said CATERHOOF. MY GUY IT IS CRATER.
I think at this point, he's doing it on purpose, to make sure we''re paying attention
Could be an AI voice?
due to nostalgia reasons, i have to mention Akroma...
thats all i wanted to say, bye.
id love a toxrill video
ELADRYN
4:10 Read again.
Why, in the fuck, is Akroma, Angel of Wrath not on this list? She was a staple in Reanimator and Oath of druids for longer than all of the cards on the list even exis (except for Hoof and Mistcutter). Same for Spirit of the Night as the real OG
jfc cRaterhoof
Once, long time ago, Ball Lightning would have made the list.
It's for non red creatures. If you like Ball Lightning look up Groundbreaker. That could've made the list
@@xeper9458 D'oh! You're right. 😋
In return for sharing this information, I offer some hopefully beneficial info of which nearly your entire audience has deduced you are unaware:
You CAN in fact record the voice over audio and then? Get this, you can record it an additional number of times in order to ensure it is free of any number among a variety of potential errors such as, oh I don't know, let's pick a totally random example, almost constant ridiculously mispronounced proper nouns?
This is intentional so that people comment. You've been had.
@@josephwodarczyk977 Much like the prevailing wisdom regarding publicity when one operates in the economy of attention, I suppose there's no such thing as bad engagement.
@@danielbloomquist9810 such an interesting dialect.
@josephwodarczyk977 Verily, I do often find myself charged with possession of peculiar parlance, in addition to the accusation that I am an alliteration addict. After almost 40 years at this point, anymore I invite all to mercilessly tease me to vanquish any vestige of vanity whenever my verbiage veers toward the verbose.
Geist does not work with yawgmoth, if a creature has both a +1/+1 counter & a -1/-1 counter, yes the effects are nullified, but it still has both counters in it which means undying won’t happen again when it dies
They changed this ruling at some point, +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters now counteract each other and removes both counters making these kinds of combos possible
Not sure why you constantly undervalue Commander in your answers, but no, Questing Beast is not “without a doubt” the most played non-red card with haste.
It’s Craterhoof by probably a factor of 10. It’s documented in 100,000 decks on EDHREC, which is only a small sample of Commander decks itself. But that number alone is way, way more than every deck playing Questing Beast.
I dunno man. I’m getting sick of how poorly researched your videos are. And I have to assume you mis-pronounce something every video on purpose to drive interaction. Good job, you got me (once) but I won’t be engaging with your content anymore unless you can do better.
Me too I agree people get on my nerves with that crap 💯
How the fuck did he just pronouncd Eldrain 🤯
He really said "eladrin"... That is SO incorrect
He pronounced it with imputiny
Finding out which words are mispronounced is my favorite game on these videos.
Also, Caterhoof multiple times.
It's literally a joke he does lol.
Y'all fall for it every time.
When you pronouce things differently to get people to actually comment on your videos
When he does it to troll people and you fall for it.
Easy.
Exactly
"Blue is one of the most interactive colors in magic"
No, not letting your opponent play isn't interaction.
Stopping your opponent from playing is usually the main point of interactions.
I see you are already knowledgeable at Yu-Gi-Oh!
