I have been inspired by late Prof Warren Hall's water resources systems engineeing in the mid seventies and design of water resources systersm in 1973.I met late Prof warren hall in 1981 at csu who offered me aphod degree programme on the spot after seeing my cv.Unfortunately i could not start stright away for lack of finance at that time. but the inspiration was fresh as ever and i made original contrubitions to water treatment systems in 1982 and published in usa in 1986.
Good video. I hope he referenced Brenda Zimmerman, York University, who has the done the work on looking at this case study through the lens of complexity. It is almost word for word her work. I think he does - which is good.
