Any other defendant would be sent to jail for violating the conditions of his bond/bail. If you or I did what Trump has done and continues to do, we'd go to jail.

While I agree, Bail and Parole aren't the same.
Parole conditions are more strict because the individual has been convicted and released. Bail conditions happen when individual is awaiting trial - presumed innocent.

If they don't want to jail him, why don't the various judges just impose $1million dollar fines, followed by $10million dollar fines, for a repeat offence, of breaking gag orders, and if that doesn't work, follow it with $100million dollar fines, and get him where it really hurts him? Put liens on his property, and bank accounts, as the fines mount up, in event he doesn't pay. Simple.

How does the justice system collect those penalties. Well, the prosecuting attorneys, once have secured a penalty, must negotiate with the convicted to collect those funds. If the convicted refuses to pay, then it's back to the courtroom for another round of litigation.
It's not simple, and the rich know how to keep the courts twisted up for years.

Why are they confessing now? Because what they're admitting to has almost nothing to do with the original charges, are in fact, process-misdemeanors, and don't involve admitting to the original acts enumerated in the indictments. What they all agreed to plea to was, essentially, the prosecution really having nothing under the hood. So in that case, it makes sense to vastly reduce one's legal bills and plea guilty to stuff that will only inviolve probabtion, will be expungeable, and in one case, will *automatically* be expunged.
The only exception to this is perhaps Mark Meadows, and that's only because I don't know the details of his plea deal.

Judge Chudkin is being careful to make sure that everything is above board in regard to Trump so none of her decisions can be overturned by the Appeal Court and ultimately the Supreme Court, which includes corrupt judges, appointed by Trump in some cases. Every decision has to be weighed carefully to make sure decisions stick. Smith and Chudkin are playing 4-D chess whilst Trump plays tiddlywinks and can’t control the flips.
