Great spot; and some great memories for me there! That rat must have been just after my time with the ADF; we never had the Sustagen, though the rest is the same. And if your M&M's or chocolate aren't mostly white, you know it's a recently distributed ratpack ;) I used to love that cheese, with the crackers; and the fresh meals were always awesome no matter the designation (either cold or heated). Though I noticed the extras didn't have the laxatives (or the opposite!). The mints / lollies were also gold; long marches with occasional sugar hits... gold.
