Dr. Richardson Rotator cuff repair vs reverse shoulder replacement

Would you please reply. I fell tore rotator cuff complete tear unrepairable . I also tore 4 muscles I being super spanadis completely into unrepairable so now I cannot lift arm straight up at all .. my Dr says I need reverse shoulder . My shoulder is unstable all the sudden after. 18 months past repair surgery and my shoulder is coming out of socket it feels like today it done it 3 times arm was at odd angle and very painful until I shifted it around an it seems to stop the instant pain but know feels sore weak and like it’s bone to bone no lubricant or just still . I sure could use some advise my Dr said I’m 50% disabled at this point in shoulder and I’d I fall at work if I had to hold myself from falling already . It’s 10 years at least before I’m at retirement age what to do ..
