Ingredients:
- half kg mince
- 4 onions chopped
- salt 2 tbs
- maize flour 120 grams
- white cumin 3 tbs
- carom seeds 2 tbs
- dried coriander crushed 2 tbs
- dried pomegranate seeds 5 tsp
- green chillies chopped 1 handful
- tomatoes chopped 3 handful

Onion 4 chopped
1 table spoon salt
Makkai ka atta 1 bowl
Zeera 3 tablespoon
Ajwaeen 2 table spoon
Sookha dhanya 2 tablespoon
Anar Dana 3 tablespoon
Green chilly chopped
Tomatoes chopped

@@11wasiq90 500 g keema, 1 handful chopped white pyaz, 2 tsp salt, 4 tbsp corn flour, 3 tsp zeera, 2 tsp ajwain, 2 tsp dhaniya powder, 4 tsp anardana. Now mix all together. Then add 1 handful hari mirchein and handful chopped tomatoes (big pieces). Mix again. Marinate 1 to 1.5 hour. Heat oil to low medium heat. Wet your hands, get a handful of meat, and press them flat in the frying pan.

Method:
1.Knead the batter and let it sit for at least 1.5 hours in refrigerator.
2.Wet your hand before shaping into patties.
Tip: Use cold mince instead of room temperature, it will prevent breaking.

I came here to get the recipe.
Half kg veal mince very finely minced by machine.
4 medium onions finely chopped preferably in a machine
Mix with hand with 2 full spoons salt, half cup corn flour preferably from old school mills, zeera sabut n kacha 3 spoons , dhaniya 80% crushed 1.5 spoons, ajwain 2 spoons, anar dana 4-5 spoons
His spoons were somewhere between standard tea spoon n standard table spoon. Usually jo steal ka masalay wala chamach hota hai. So watch for idea.
Then add
2 tomatoes Quartered and then sliced with almost 6 green chillies or more and again knead with hand. Keep in fridge for 2 hours n then make kababs n fry
