Do not use capacitor at all. You don't use capacitors for bass drivers. You use capacitors in series for smaller mid-range speakers and tweeters. What the capacitor does is limits the low frequency range, especially removes the frequencies the speaker cannot reproduce, preventing it from burning. Theoretically there is some part of the low-end spectrum even the bass driver can't play, but it usually doesn't have enough power to damage the speaker.

@@AlfredH Yes the rear sub woofer in my rear deck has one in conjunction with a crossover… Also only the rear doors in my Mercedes… I see the front center channel has one for highs… yet the others are for specifically for additional rich sound and bass …. Which led me here… confirming
