In this game, if you do everything as fast as possible, the low CAN'T BE BLOCKED if you block the SS1. A guaranteed hit. On block. From a really fast, naturally evasive mid. Balanced.
add to that ss1~b into d4, the ss1 cancel on block gives a free d4. On hit it gives free throw attempt. uf~1+2 cancels makes the throw animation faster making it super hard to break. 2+4 into extension is 50 dmg. T5.0 Nina was absurd.
Anna is underrated in t5.0. She had great wall carry and crazy wall damage. But her t5dr version is het best version to date. T5DR nina while heavily nerfed from t5.0 is a bit underrated. She was still good with great combo damage and ch utility.

A lot of people think she was the best character in vanilla t5 and i honestly see it. If anybody said feng or steve i also couldn't disagree. I personally give it to steve but they are all ridiculous
I think it’s hard to say if Feng was overrated (if we assume 4th is his rating) but there definitely is a possibility that he was worse than characters like Devil Jin or Ganryu. Feng was super good but he wasn’t quite the best either.

Personally, I think they started nerfing her when Death By Degrees (which was released around the same time as Tekken 5) didn't do so well.
