Very useful.. Your patience to explain is highly appreciated.. This is why I am not a fan of thinning/texturing especially when the hair is really long, enhancing more split ends.. Just had mine trimmed yesterday..

Growing long hair is so easy it's just patience if you're not constantly cutting your hair if you're not constantly ripping brushes through it and if you're not constantly color treating it and heat styling it, it will grow just be patient with it and take your time with it especially while detangling always start from the bottom of your hair and work your way up being gentle when you run into a knot also preventing knots helps wearing braids etc as long as it's not too tight basically if it hurts your scalp than it's too tight I also like to use oils especially coconut oil help condition my hairs 😁

My hair was short & dry/ brittle for years because I bleached it. It would never grow or feel healthy. I stopped bleaching & let my natural hair color grow out while cutting off the bleached hair & now a year later my hair is soft shiny & all the way down to my butt! I also use caffeine shampoo from marc Anthony & Nexus keratin conditioner

Hey man, I have curtains hairstyle and i’m tired of blow drying for volume is there anyway I can my hair volume without blow drying it or using products?
Maybe when its wet pin it back a certain way and let air dry?

Looool I’m growing my hair too and this same happens to me but I don’t think it’s that deep. It looks untidy tho at the back I don’t know if I should cut it for that reason

Your hair does not grow faster because you trim it …. That doesn’t in any way speed up the growth process
It does actually trimming causes your hair to thicken and starts to lengthen better before you can trim it again
