- This gentle deep relaxation sleep meditation, will help you achieve a state of deep relaxation before sleep, promoting a sense of peace and tranquility before you drift off to a deep sleep. A calm male voice uses guided visualization to talk you down into a state of blissful deep relaxation, enabling you do drift off into a deep sleep.

This week’s upload is a guided meditation to help relax you before sleep. Rather than going through a list of points (bath/shower, turn off your phones or ipads, drink herbal tea etc, which can end up more stressful for some people apparently, as they just feel it’s another list they have to get through) this will help you to wind down when you have gone to bed.

Not soon, I’m afraid as we have to concentrate on our sleep and relaxation. And we have the whole Elven Odyssey album out there as well as others

Wow! That was jarring. I finally get to sleep and then nearly jump out of my skin when this blaring loud Walmart add comes pounding into my ears. I know adds are a necessary evil but if possible, try choosing something quieter?

@@wardwhipple5573 I know. He doesn’t have any more control over that than anybody else. I just really enjoyed that meditation and I was dead to the world and then was shocked awake.
