Please do a video talking about your process going blonde ❤️ I have jet black hair from years of dying it and I want to go lighter but I'm so afraid of processing my hair and damaging it. But your blonde curls are so inspiring
I'm a stylist. You need to go to a salon and have the do a strand test. Generally as a rule of thumb stylist don't recommend lightener on hair that's been colored black for years. On most cases the lightner either won't lift it at all or if it does it's very patchy with millions of tones that can be a challenge for even the most advanced stylist. I use to be jet black as well and I had to let it grow out and cut that hair off. It's different for everyone but I wouldn't attempt to do it yourself at home. You'll be very unhappy with the result

I've watched this video probably 4 or 5 times. I'm finally going to LA next weekend and have especially made time to go buy this hair, luckily i'm just brown haired so i don't have to bleach/dye as much as you did yours. but it's nice to know that it keeps its integrity even after all that!

Yassssss please do your color journey. I recently lightened my hair for the first time with a box and I was terrified my hair would melt or break off if I got it bleached later.

You showed where you got the hair, your selection process in the store, how you colored, what brand of color, how to install and how it looks after the hair is installed. I have similar texture hair to yours, I'm East African and have 3a/2c type of hair, but my hair is a lot less thicker to yourself, which is why I'm considering adding some extensions to get some length and volume. Just wondering, what would deep conditioner would you recommend for my hair type? Also, how effective are the Sugar Bear Hair Vitamins? Is there any hair vitamins you would really recommend? Hey love, was this process done all in one day, or over the course of a few days/weeks? It's typical to have to wait between bleaching to prevent damage. I have my natural hair platinum blonde, but I achieved it over the course of about a year lol thanks xoxo💕

This scares me because my curl pattern on the crown of my head is tighter than the hair near my neck, it almost makes my hair look fake 😂 my curls are weird so extensions is like a new world for me.
