  • At sparring sessions, we often use the format according to the rules of Wushu Sanda. According to these rules, punches, kicks and throws are allowed. It is forbidden to finish off a partner and fight in the stalls. Wushu sanda sparring in our gym. Training format 3 rounds of 3 minutes.

    Love that sport, great work i fought at WuDang Shansou in Dublin, we kill each other super hard sparing 10 once gloves, the i moved up to pro Koshou , same just with elbows and knees.. Enough about me, George what do you think of Lethwei have or would you train( your fighters)or compete yourself

    Is this right that fighters don't hit each other hard in gym sparring?

      Depends on the coach's setup☝️these sparring sessions took place right before the tournament, so there were no hard punches👍
