APPLE AND JAM FILLED DONUT 🍏🍎 VERY SOFT Cream without Butter or Oil

- The quintessential breakfast is the tall, soft donut to be dunked in latte in the morning! In this version it is very soft because there is cream in the dough (instead of butter and oil) which gives it a soft and melting consistency!
Inside I then put apples into small pieces and jam so it's also very delicious, excellent to eat at any time of the day!
Ingredients: MOLD 22-24 cm
250 g 00 flour
3 eggs
200 ml Whipping cream (I used the sweet vegetable one)
16 g Baking powder (1 sachet)
1 lemon (grated)
1 large apple (or 2 small ones)
1 tablespoon sugar (for apples)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Apricot jam
Sugar grain
Powdered sugar
Ciao a tutti! Come state spero tutti bene! 🥰 Oggi si va di Comfort food, la colazione per antonomasia, il Ciambellone alto e soffice da inzuppare nel caffè latte al mattino! In questa versione è sofficissimo perché nell’impasto c’è la panna (al posto del burro e dell’olio) che conferisce una consistenza unica, morbida e scioglievole!

You can add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon on apples before adding to the cake. I did it this way and it has the taste of a slice of apple pie, this cake is a real comfort dessert. Thank you for teaching us this recipe my family and friends ask for the recipe.
