Great video as a resident of Las Vegas from California OVER 14 years ago and as a rideshare driver who has driven for close to 10 years now and based on the people that I have come across...People from California DO absolutely NO research before they move and are comparing apples to oranges. Statistically, the average person that moves to VEGA$ barely LA$T 18 mos.
The grass isn’t always greener. Thanks for stopping by!
true
Oh please, please, please do move back!!!!!
lolol
yes ,,,,and take the tourists,,,,,Then what will happen to your economy,,,,hahaha,,,,I grew up in California and its been almost 67 years,,,,Could all of the people leave California that were not born here, just deal with it and stop your crying.
@@dsrrellgriffith1161 have you loaded your U haul yet🤭
@dsrrellgriffith1161 we don't California "tourists"
The Grass is always Greener on the other side. Just that you have to make it so & not expect the same old shit from where U came. I moved from Cali 3 years back ( not to any Metropolis but to a smaller Rural surroundings ) to Nevada - No Regrets so far & don't expect it to be heaven.
I couldn't agree more! Happiness comes from within!
Everyone hates Californians but they are one of the main that has helped Vegas economy. Californians are NOT the only ones. A lot from Hawaii and midwest
@@nitaapplebum7637 absolutely! I mean, I am originally from MA. I moved here almost 20 years ago. I think it’s great for our economy and all the other developments.
I have never seen anything like it! I've lived here since 1979.
It's a constant flow of bad drivers, targeting seniors, yelling KAREN EVERY TIME YOU MOVE. THE HUSTLE IS JUST OVER WHELMING. I LOVE RENO. BUT, I CAN'T PROMOTE MY CITY WITHOUT TOURISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AT LEAST LEARN THE AREA AND HISTORY.
It is definitely overwhelming at times. Thanks for stopping by :)
@@sarahisselling I have lived in California since 1975
@@BEACHDUDE71 right on!
Yes, it's still over priced in las vegas
Thanks for the insight!
They dont regret getting out of California though. Maybe Nevada is not the best final destination but its better than California for them.
Probably true.
Most of Reno's problems are caused by the Californians who have moved there.
A lot of people born and raised here probably feel that way. But we also get a lot of amenities and cool development that wouldn’t be here without the growth.
Nevada like Florida was and should be dirt cheap but it is not anymore. I wouldn't want to live anywhere in California either after putting in 30 years there.
@@ocsugar a lot of folks feel that way.
I moved here 17 years ago. Still live in Sparks. As I seen it California has goten worse and worse. I sold my property that was in the bay area. Sold at a great price. I do miss some things in California. I save so much on taxes. I was from paying taxes to the state even after they taken 5K out of my check. I won't move back at all. California dose not care about its working class at all.
@@andor8635 there are soooo many issues with CA.
Californians are now moving into our state of South Dakota. One of the 1st things they do after themoving van leaves..... Start telling us how to change our laws, our lifestyles and our politics. The Mormons had it easier with the plague of locusts,at least the bugs die off over time
Haha! That made me giggle 😂. Thanks for stopping by 🙏🤗.
Wrong state.
haha!@@anthonymartinez4307
You don’t own South Dakota.
@@mike-uw6wt thanks for stopping by!
Should seriouse high tax on calis moving to Nevada
They left get away with it but yet they brought cali mantality with them
A lot of people feel that way. Fortunately the increase in population has brought a lot of positive development as well. Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you for not FU_KING UP ARE STATE😊
Thanks for stopping by!
And Nevadans regret Californians moving to Nevada…
You made me LOL haha. That is part of it as well for sure.
@@sarahisselling They regret Californians moving to NV because the Californians moving to NV are very conservative and they will make NV and Las Vegas even more conservative.
@michaelellringer5600 interesting perspective.
@@sarahisselling Las Vegas has always been a conservative city, and Mormon influenced, and living there for 22 years I kept seeing it become more and more conservative. About the only sales tax increases acceptable to the Conservative Californians would be for more police protection. God forbid they wouldn't vote for a tax increase to fund a much-needed light rail system in Las Vegas, even tho the Feds would pay half the costs. I left Sinless City in 2018, when I retired, and I wanted a bluer city to live in, a saner city to live in, Tucson.
@@michaelellringer5600 I live and work in Northern NV, so I don't know all the details about Vegas, but a light rail would be amazing!!! Thanks for stopping by.
Move to Texas and Florida 😂😂😂
Lots of Californians are moving to those places too.
I LOOOOVE Californians ! Particularly when they visit las vegas leave their money and go home ! Those are my FAVORITE Californians ! ....( the ones that move here, ...mmm not so much🤣 )
Many locals share your sentiment, though the ones that are leaving are (hopefully) in agreement that the way their state has changed is for the worse. With the influx of people, we are developing more infrastructure and amenities. There are positives 🤗.
i wish all of the people who were not BORN in Nevada would leave, i wish tourists would stop going to Las Vegas. There goes no state income tax, hahahaha,,,,,Dont worry, not moving to sin city
@@dsrrellgriffith1161 thanks for stopping by.
@@dsrrellgriffith1161 More accurate, Sinless City!
