Hello, my dear friends, this is my first video speaking only in Turkish. I have been learning Turkish for almost 1 year and 2 months. I hope you can see my progress every time I make a video in Turkish.

We need a "Kolay gelsin" in French and English, I'm so frustrated whenever I want to say it to a french speaking person but it doesn't exist in French :(
@@blackswan9320 Je pense qu'on dira plutôt "bon courage" dans le cas où on veut encourager la personne qui est entrain de travailler, "bonne chance" s'utilisera plutôt pour souhaiter de la chance à une personne avant que cette dernière fasse quelque chose, mais pas pendant.

Jsuis française et j'avais moi même du mal à comprendre l'expression "Kolay gelsin" quand je conversais avec des Turcs.
I've lived in Benin and Cameroon francophone Africa, and in this region there's the expression "bon travail" which can be said to those you greet and see working. It's the closest thing to "kolay gelsin" I've found, and it has a similar effect of encouragement.

Turkish is the new language of love , turkish soap operas and romantic series are invading the world , here in Spain we have two channels that play turkish miniseries all day long , now many people , specially women want to learn this language
Wow, your Turkish is getting better so fast! Amazing! Fact: People also say "merci" = "mersi" in Turkey. There are many phrases that are exclusive to Turkish for sure. In English "kolay gelsin" means "may it be easy", which is obviously not very natural to say in a similar context. Perhaps the closest phrase is "more grease to your elbow/all power to your elbow", but I also never heard someone say it. 😅
yeah, she's clearly gifted with languages but I'm selfish and want to learn more chinese coz it's not my first language.
i should probably want to learn farsi, turkish, arabic but i'm not just selfish i'm also lazy! idk. i want HSK6 before whatever language is next.
That is cool. They say “merci/mersi” in Persian too. It has become a colloquial way to say “thank you” among pretty much everyone. It is amazing how French influenced our region
In english I would say we would translate kolay gelsin to "take it easy", much more natural off the tongue and is definitely used relatively frequently.
@@stopper123456I don’t really know about this that much, but I’m not sure if take it easy means exactly the same thing. I heard people say kolay gelsin like, when someone is working or something and they’re like, “may your work become easy for you” or something? Like, people I think people say it when they see someone working hard. I’m really not sure, so let me know if I’m wrong!

Türkiye'nin kuruluşunun başlarında Türklerin pek çoğu Fransa'ya eğitim için gitmişlerdi ayrıca Osmanlı zamanında da Fransızca eğitimi vardı ve güzel bir şekilde konuşuluyordu. Son sebep ise maalesef bazı insanlarımız onların dilinden kelimeler kullanmanın modernlik olduğunu düşündükleri için çoğu Türkçe kelime franzıcalarıyla yer değiştirmiş durumda.
Haklısın! Örneğin İstanbul’daki herkes “pardon” diyor, ancak asıl Türkçede “affedersin” diyemeliyiz.

Bir diğer etkisi dönemin dünya dilinin İngilizce yerine Fransızca olmasından kaynaklıdır. Dikkat ederseniz Azerbaycancada Türkçeden daha çok İngilizce kelime vardır, bunun temel sebebi 21.yy'da Fransızcanın yerini İngilizce almasıdır.

It's very fun to watch you because I am an arab and I learn french Turkish, and of course Chinese, so I definitely loved the combination.. I speak Arabic English French.. some Chinese and some Turkish... I could understand the most of you have said so I'm happy... I know more in Chinese but I just still find difficulties at understanding.. what are your advices for me ? :)
I speak Chinese more than I understand and I understand Turkish more than I speak hahaha but of course work and effort are needed and hey I love languages more than anything else in life... "Yok artık"ın karşılığı İngilizcede 'No way' olarak geçiyor. Ordan siz türetirsiniz. "Kolay gelsin" yerine de 'good luck (with that)' denebilir ama bu tam karşılığı olmuyor tabii ki. Türkçenin kendine has güzelliklerinden biri bu da :)

Tebrikler, Turkcen mukemmel. Another easy word that is from French is "Tren" which breaks the law of Turkish words by putting the t and the r together without a vowel in between. And "Yapma yaaa" is like saying "Arret(ter)" in French.

İngilizce’de kolay gelsin cümlesinin tam karşılığı değil ama “have a good one” cümlesini bunun karşılığı olarak çok yaygın bir şekilde kullanıyorlar. Mesela bir kahve aldınız ve barista size “have a good one” diyor burada sizin iyi bir gün geçirmenizi diliyor anlamına geliyor. Ama siz baristaya derseniz aynı cümleyi kolay gelsin anlamına geliyor. Umarım açıklayıcı bir şekilde anlatabilmişimdir :))

Had I had the internet , it would have been Russian , Arabic, Mandarin in addition to Spanish and English. German proved too difficult to learn on my own...You as a polyglot understand these things. Yo ya me he aprendido tres canciones:
• Çilek kokusu ("Con olor a fresas"), de Esin İris (nombre artístico de Esin Orhan), cantada en la serie de mismo nombre
• Sen çal kapımı ("Llama a mi puerta"), de Başak Gümülcinelioğlu (que, además, hizo el papel de Pırıl en la serie de mismo nombre, también emitida como "Love is in the air" en español)
• Gelevera deresı ("Arroyo Guelevera"), de Kâzım Koyuncu (una auténtica obra de arte musical, en un dialecto del turco no muy diferente)
y trato de aprender algunas más:

Alakası yok. Fransızca dediğin gibi "lingua franca" idi, dünya dili değildi (farklı terimler) ve hiçbir zaman Orta Doğu'ya ulaşmadı. Fransızcadan bu kadar fazla kelime almamızın sebebi Osmanlı'nın İngilizler ve Ruslara karşı Fransa ile ittifak yapmasına dayanıyor. Bu ittifak sonucunda Fransa'ya, ülkede okul açıp vergi vermeden burjuvalarını gönderebilip pazar açabileceği kapitülasyonlar verildi. Fransızca dilinde eğitim veren okullar açıldı ve Fransızca artık herkesin özendiği "elit" halkın dili oldu (Jandarma, ambülans, lise, abajur, vitrin, üniversite, polis, şık, bordo vb kelimeler bu şekilde geçti) Türkçe bilmeyen tüccarların da gelmesi cabası (Ananas, frambuaz, salata, kornişon vb kelimeler bu şekilde geçti). Bunun sonucunda 1920'lerde, mesela, ortalama bir Türk çok iyi Fransızca konuşur hale geldi. Bunun haricinde TDK'nın Türkçeyi, Arapça ve Farsçadan temizlemeye çalışırken dile çaktırmadan Fransızca sözcük ve ek(ler) sokması (Oku-'dan geldiği söylenen ama aslen école'den gelen okul, ve Eski Türkçede kara anlamına gelen sal sözcüğünden türetildiği yalanının söylendiği (-s)el eki gibi) ve Atatürk'ün Fransızca matematik kitaplarını Türkçeye çevirirken Fransızca sözcükleri olduğu gibi bırakması (şahsen haklı buluyorum, o dönemde hiçbir Türk dilinde matematik terimleri yoktu) da ayrı nedenler (Kare, oval, matematik, geometri, fonksyon, negatif, pozitif, koni, silindir, piramid vb).

“Tamam”. I watch a lot of Turkish series, and the first word that I notice was Tamâm, thought they have the same meaning as Hebrew’s Tamím :)

Maybe off topic but is there any similarity between chinese and turkish? I know some. Question paricle in turkish (mı/mi/mu/mü) is similar to that in chinese (ma). su=water, inci=pearl,...
So how do you say "tamam mı?" in chinese? And some more with question particle mi:
e mi? (eyi mi= is it good)
de mi? (değil mi =not? or isn't it, doesn't it, etc.)
