    It feels like I'm hurting my knees when I do this mouvement. I think it has something to do with the twist. My feet are parallel but something feels odd. Would you have something to suggest to protect the knees while doing this mouvement ? Thank you

      Hi, it's hard to tell from a distance. If you are sure that the entire posture is correct and that the knees follow the hips, also making a small figure of eight, there should be no discomfort. However, if it does occur, it may probably be an individual issue with your body that would be worth consulting with a live dancer.
