Just bought a Puig screen for my 23 750GS. It's the lower, more raked version. I'm expecting it to arrive next week, so I'm keen to see the difference. I must say I'm not completely disappointed with the stock screen, although it does tend to direct the airflow directly into the visor are, so riding with a raised visor and just sunglasses does lead to watery eyes pretty quickly. Still, it does a pretty good job with reducing buffeting, so it's kind of like riding a naked with smoother airflow. My mate has a K1600 and replaced his screen with a Puig. He swears by it, which it what swayed me away from the Madstad, although the Madstad has great reviews too.
@@RideOnTwo I have to say however, 100 subs is brilliant but it's not as good as the amazing views you get! Nice work on the PUIG screen. I did a review on an Eagle screen for my GS and hardly get a sniff compared.

Thanks for the review! I just bought a 2022 750 and was thinking of ordering the 9770, which fits the new model. Just wondering , is your line of sight comfortably over the windshield? I’m 5’11” and want to make sure I can see over it before I order it. Thanks so much!
Yes line of sight is iver the shield but it also is different now. The new shield is curved different. I got the adjustable one for my 850 and like it better
I have a few reviews coming up, tank bag that is installed and the inner bags I have for the Vario Cases. I will be getting some hand guards here in the near future, just have not decided which way to go yet. Not sure about other mods for the bike, there aren't many out there yet as it is a new model.
Ride On Two okay cool! I ordered some barkbusters hand guards, a hepco & Becker tank guard, and the puig windscreen in smoke. I’m looking forward to your reviews man.
@@flashadney the windshield shouldn't make that big of a difference, and I would think it would be better. The shape and slope of the windscreen should flow the air around better than it hitting you in the chest and head. Did you make any other modifications other than the windscreen?
@@flashadney maybe because the wind is not hitting you so hard your picking up speed quicker? If I ride in Dynamic I lose a few mpg but if I rip around I lose even more. If you spend more time in the city traffic you will get less as well.
Great review and a screen I’m looking at. On my current screen that is a little smaller, it’s from MRA I notice the mirrors touch on full lock, does this happen on the Puig as it’s slightly wider, not a problem currently as it just touches the edge at the end of the handlebar lock.
Hi Southwest 6031, I do not get any touching even with bar risers installed. One difference though, the current windscreen curves towards the rider as the one in this video curves up towards the sky at the top. I would actually recommend getting the adjustable one, I am currently looking into this change for myself as well. On hot days at slow speed I get no air to my helmet with this windscreen but the wife gets a ton at speeds above 55 mph
If you just want to see the comparison
Stock windscreen 7:50
Puig comparison 8:37
Puig has changed the curve of this windscreen. New photos of this model look sloped towards the rider not up and away.

Very nice video, congrats! I was looking for a windscreen for my brand new F 750 GS and I think I got it. Thank you very much, you did a good job!
Thanks Fabio, word of caution though the one I have goes straight up and the new ones you get now are curved at the top towards the rider.
Congrats on the century mate 💯 😎👍🏼
Thanks bud I appreciate the support. One goal down, many to go!

Nice bike😊
Hi Chappy, I like to have a wind shield. Your wind shield is really small. I am glad that it blocks some of the wind. 💕 NonnaGrace
Yes it is small. Thanks for watching NonnaGrace.
I bought the same, but it didn't fit. did you get a bracket as a set, or does it have to be bought separately?

Thanks for reviewing the wind screen. I have been contemplating getting it. Do you plan on doing any other mods or upgrades to your bike.

I looked at the barkbusters, I actually am leaning towards the BMW ones. Not sure they are just so damn expensive.
Just installed mine. I was surprised at how much it changed my gas mileage. Have you noticed any change?
Hi Casey, I have not noticed a change in gas mileage. I get 63.5 mpg and have been constant since I bought the bike.
@@RideOnTwo Wow! I was getting 52.2 for about 1,500 miles. Installed the windscreen about 200 miles ago and since then I'm at 49 mpg

Ride On Two Ride On Two Thanks for that, very helpful👍
What size is the screen, the short?
The stock one is like 8"
crazy expensive when you look at the price off material
I have come to the conclusion that anything motorcycle related is crazy expensive. If you find a cheap option is usually is not quality.
400 Bucks for a piece of plastic with some screws? Wtf?
It is a whole system, with side pieces on the turn signals. But I hear ya, it is expensive.
Muito bom amig
jose caverna pedra preciosa Thanks for watching. 👍
