Hi Alisha 🌸 - I personally never use a toner 🤷🏻‍♀️. I really like Burt Bees brand 👏🏻.
I’m still looking for a “magic” eye cream 🤣. Enjoy your tea 🫖

I don’t really count that spray as toner but maybe it is…. It’s more of a morning refresh and I am not sure there is a magic eye cream 🤣🤣
