Be very careful with Phentermine. Does it work? Absolutely! I lost 30 pounds on it in 3 months with it and had energy for days. But it can also elevate your blood pressure, give you heart palpitations, insomnia, constant dry mouth, constipation, is addictive and can make your hair fall out. I got 6 out of 7 of those symptoms while taking it. Plus, as soon as you quit taking it, your appetite will come roaring back. Not saying don’t take it, cuz it works. But be warned of what also comes along with it. If you do have high blood pressure or existing heart issues, I would definitely not take it.

So disappointing! I agree that Wantable customer service tries and they do seem as though they will be supportive, but the bottom line is I kept getting boxes of "left overs" and stuff I don't like. I paused them indefinitely.

I think you made the right choice. I think you are realizing you can do a lot better “going shopping” at Walmart, TJMaxx, Marshall’s, Target, Maurice’s, Old Navy than you can do with the boxes. I do like the pink tie dye sweatshirt, maybe for a cooler evening or wait until fall.

I have that same blue dress. I live in Arizona and Oklahoma and I make my dislike for long sleeves and polyester fabric well Known to the stylist..And I get polyester and sweats and long sleeves. Wantable should be called “whatever we have on hand and throw in your box” company. 😊

Congrats on the weight loss! I like the green dress. Oh my gosh it was gorgeous and I couldn’t tell it was tight in the front but agreed it looked tight in the back. If you are planning on continuing to lose weight, it probably would look fine in another few months.

Hi Alisha, question about the hair mask, I have never used one. Do you do it before or after you wash your hair? I wasn’t impressed with that box at all.

I took phentermine / adipex on and off for over 25 yrs. I like it better than Ozempic. I'm over 50 and since Ozempic hit the market it's very hard to get a dr. to write a prescription for it.

There are many more Doctors that can prescribe the shot. Even online ne Doctors .

I lost almost 80 pounds back in 2014 while taking phentermine for which I was able to keep off until within the last six months that I've gained back 20 pounds due to illness. I attempted taking it once again and it just wasn't working as it had before. Good luck on your weightloss journey.

I took phentermine back in the 90’s and it worked very well for me, my daughter called them my cranky pills lol. But I would say it was the first time in my life I felt normal as far as food noise in my head. I guess that’s what it’s like to be thin naturally. You’re doing great !
