New subscriber 🦋 have made this item but I think yours is more interesting as you use blue glass and blue glue
Where do you buy blue glue ? I have never seen it and I would like to use it in my next craft
    Thank you for sharing 🦋

Thanks for subbing! I found the blue glue sticks in my local craft store, but I am sure there are different options for that!

Why don't you paint the inside of the cup blue.

    Good morning,
I made one of these, but sadly the teacup fell from the fork, even though I used the Hot Glue Gun, and the cup was clean and dry,
I have cut away the glue that was on the fork, and am going to try again, but as it has flowers already falling down the fork, not quite sure if this will work. Yes I put glue on it over it and made sure was set before handling it...
Any ideas what went wrong. This was my first attempt, fortunately I did take a foto of it before..So will try again, but am always happy to have advice.
    Thank you

Hello! From my experience I have found 2 reasons why this might happen: 1. The glue and the glue gun wasn't hot enough. At first you might think that it's hot enough and it's ready for gluing but when the glue dries, everything just falls off. 2. The glue itself is not that good. Glue from different brands can act differently, some just might not be as good. Once I had a glue stick that melted inside the glue gun and it was really hard to clean it out, I still don't know what happened. Good luck! I hope this helps! :)

      Thank you,
The glue gun I purchased was one that is sold by my local dealers that sell EVERY type of art/calligraphy, water paints and also because I had never purchased or tried anything like this before I did not wish to go and purchase one with different heats, just in case my attempts failed or I could not for some reason recreate what I had seen so beatufiully made here.
The glue is not a cheap brand but neither is it the TOP RANGE, it was hot as I made sure it had been plugged in and on for 5/10 mintues before use.
I have tried hard to glue it again, we shall see how long it lasts, also I was wondering maybe the teacup was too heavy for the fork and the saucer, but after seeing a few different ways of using the fork in a different way like yourself and then gluing it this will help me when I try to create a different type of cup and saucer with dried flowers.
      Thank you for your reply
