  • Get a glimpse into a day in the life of this Guyanese girl.
    Last year, the Peace Corps' Gender Equality group piloted the Girl Child Project. Three posts-Uganda, Georgia, and Guyana-put together the stories of what girls’ lives are like in the different regions and types of communities in their host country. The resulting booklets, pictures, and video will be used by these posts to discuss girls’ lives in their country and also by the Office of the Third Goal to share with children in the United States.
