PRIDE Transitions

PRIDE Transitions is a specially designed instructional program helping students aged 18-22 with disabilities to successfully transition from the high school environment to the community or post-secondary education. PRIDE Transitions serves students of varying levels of intellectual, academic, social/emotional and/or functioning needs. Students are encouraged
to access their community as much as possible as they focus on developing a wide range of skills to meet post-secondary goals, including education, training, employment and independent living skills.
