I'd really like to know why so many churches are silent about what's going on with Israel. At my Baptist church, there hasn't been a peep or even a prayer for Israel. I'm confused as to why a lot of churches are like this. I'm grateful for Pastor Hibbs for getting this information out there.
There are a lot of churches out there that are not a part of the body. Many support religion without supporting the relationship that makes their entity possible. The baptist church has been around for a long time and probably started out with worthy intentions. Same with the methodist church. But, when your church becomes people focused and not Jesus focused......Many churches today are what I call "church in a box"'s. I visualize them getting a monthly/quarterly box of everything that you need to perform "church". There is no calling or Holy Spirit leading. This is why it's essential to read the bible for yourself and pray for discernment. Many entities are "good" and positive, but they are not Christ centered or edifying in the long run.

Only the Second Coming will bring the return of Divine Sanity to the deluded mind of the human ego. They claim God is keeping His promise through the church. They say we are the spiritual children of Abraham. They ignore and twist so much of scripture and God's very words to make the church "Israel" it's sick. I shared massive exerpts from Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel where God describes how He'll regather His people Israel from the corners of the earth with one of them once... He didn't acknowledge any of it. Just told me I had no idea what I was talking about.
@@mistybrass3719. I was just in an online discussion with replacement theology believers yesterday evening, and they make the most horrific comments about Israel. It’s especially hard to hear such ignorance coming out of people claiming to be part of the church.

@@mistybrass3719 Wow. I came to discover some of my own ancient ancestry linked to Northern Israel on my paternal side, and possible links of mom's side too. I do stand with Israel. I have peace about this.
Jesus dealt with religious hypocrites in His time here in the flesh. That word hypocrite in Greek means play actor. Jesus told us they would be out there and how to discern them. Christians need to read all their bible's themselves, both the Old and New Testaments because there are many examples of religious hypocrites in the sciptures, and how they behave. The LORD gave us the ability to spot them, but we need to listen to what the scriptures say and apply it in our lives. @@annemurphy9339
The day after those horrific unimaginable atrocities happened in Israel, we had a visiting preacher at our church who gave the message and this is what he said "we need not to concern ourselves of what is happening in the world" and I heard a chuckle from the man sitting in the pew directly behind me. I slowly adjusted my sitting position ever so slightly so I could give a quick glance back and saw it was one of our pastors of our church who had laughed. Needless to say my blood ran cold.
And then not a single word about Israel. It was as if nothing ever happened. That Sunday was the last time I went to that church.
I have now found my new church which supports Israel, prays for Israel and is having a Bible Prophecy conference this coming weekend including showing slides from the pastor's visit to Israel.
Meanwhile, when I explained to my sister-in-law who is a member of that church I left, why I was leaving....she said "I heard that church (my new church) is political."
It is NOT political, it is Biblical. It is Biblical to support Israel. This "political" stuff is coming straight from the devil.
I was blessed to have visited Israel 5 times, I am a older woman who travels solo and I was hiking in the Snir Stream Reserve back in April 2018 when I met a wonderful family who lived in Kibbutz Beeri, we spent the afternoon together hiking and they invited me to dinner with them, but I had already made dinner reservations at another place, so I turned down their invite, but they did invite me to stop in at Kibbutz Beeri the next time I came back to Israel.
I asked them how will I find you? They told me "just stop and ask anyone in the kibbutz where the family lives whose grandmother made aliyah from Connecticut lives, they will know, we are all one big happy family in the kibbutz."
I don't remember their names and have scoured through the photos of family pictures of those who were murderd in Kibbutz Beeri and I think I saw their picture. Five years have passed since I had spent the day with them hiking up in northern Israel, but I am pretty sure it was them.

What so many intentionally ignore is the Bible is political. And becomes more so as the days pass. When morality comes into question the Bible becomes political.

My church’s pastor has been going through scripture to explain what is going on with Israel. He gives us Believers understanding and hope! Thank you Pastor Jack for using scripture to come alive and true!
What a treasure you have in your pastor. My church is silent on what is happening. Except for a brief sentence in the bulletin once - “ pray for the situation in the Middle East”.

Sirach 48:10, "You (Elijah) are destined, it is written, in time to come to put an end to Wrath before the Day of the Lord --- to re-establish the tribe of Jacob." Our Lord confirmed saying, "Elijah will indeed come and restore all things (Matt 17:11)." Elijah and Enoch, whom God took (Gen 5:24), are two witnesses who will prophesy for 1260 days during the Antichrist's rule (Rev 11:3-13). And through them, Jewish people will accept Our Lord as the Messiah, repent their errors and convert, thus ending God's punishment on Jewish people and restoring them into His people again and granting them salvation.

Yes, those Jack is mentioning do need a lot prayer, prayer that they repent, they discern the Word of God with the Holy Spirit, and in the meantime while waiting on receiving Truth, God shuts up their lips from deceiving others!

The nation of Israel in the Bible was God's chosen people under the old covenant. When Jesus came and died on the cross, that brought in the new covenant as God had promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34. We see in Hebrews 8:6-13 that it was fulfilled by Jesus, the mediator of the better covenant. All the OT promises to Israel have been fulfilled in Jesus Christ, the promised seed of Abraham (see Galatians 3:16-18).
The land promised to Abraham and his descendants for an inheritance was fulfilled just as God said and they became a great nation (see Joshua 21). We read throughout the OT how Israel kept rebelling against God and were exiled repeatedly, and how God would regather them, because He is merciful and His purpose for bringing the Messiah through that nation would stand. They were in captivity in Egypt, in Babylon, Assyria and finally the Roman Empire. It was during their captivity in the Roman Empire that Jesus the Messiah came and they rejected Him that the land inheritance was revoked. The land promise was always conditioned on their obedience under the old covenant, and Jesus told them they would lose it permanently, which they did (see Matthew 23:37-39, Matthew 24:1, 2, and Luke 21:3-20-34). Jerusalem was destroyed along with the temple in 70 AD, which was a fulfillment of what Jesus said. That was the end of the Judaic age of the old covenant.
Since that time the Jewish people have been under God's judgment for rejecting Messiah Jesus, other than the remnant in the time of the Apostles in the first century (which Paul speaks about in Romans 9:27 and 11:5) and a small minority who have come to faith in Jesus over the centuries. When Jerusalem was destroyed, the remnant fled as Jesus told them to do (Luke 21:21) and were saved alive. These were the Jewish believers who had faith in Jesus. The rest, who were the Christ rejectors, were either killed or were scattered throughout the ancient world and assimilated into other nations.
In the early 1800’s a political movement began in England to give the scattered Jewish people a homeland which started a world wide migration to the middle east, or Palestine. This continued for the next 130 or so years until finally in 1947, with the aid of the British government, they started a war with the native Arab people (or Palestinians). Aided by the British government, they drove them out and took their land. So the nation of Israel that exists today is not Biblical Israel, but rather a politically created nation by Britain, the U.S., and the U.N in 1948. Biblical Israel fulfilled God's purpose for them, which was to bring Christ to all the nations. God's chosen people are all those who have faith in Jesus (Galatians 3:7) and not unbelieving Jewish people in the middle east. We have such a rich inheritance as Gentiles. The promised Messiah that Israel of old rejected became our Messiah, our Savior, if we put our trust in Him. If a Jewish person comes to Christ in faith they can be saved and we should pray for this as we pray for people of all nations.

FINALLY, a pastor addressing replacement theology. Thank you. I have encountered recently a few folks who are Christians espousing replacement theology. I was incredibly shocked to see their comments.

Replacement theology is just a derrogatory term that dispensationalists tagged those who have a different eschatological understand of the Bible. Don't be so married to that system that you can't study the Bible without that lens. Learn what covenant theology is for yourself.
The nation of Israel in the Bible was God's chosen people under the old covenant. When Jesus came and died on the cross, that brought in the new covenant as God had promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34. We see in Hebrews 8:6-13 that it was fulfilled by Jesus, the mediator of the better covenant. All the OT promises to Israel have been fulfilled in Jesus Christ, the promised seed of Abraham (see Galatians 3:16-18).
The land promised to Abraham and his descendants for an inheritance was fulfilled just as God said and they became a great nation (see Joshua 21). We read throughout the OT how Israel kept rebelling against God and were exiled repeatedly, and how God would regather them, because He is merciful and His purpose for bringing the Messiah through that nation would stand. They were in captivity in Egypt, in Babylon, Assyria and finally the Roman Empire. It was during their captivity in the Roman Empire that Jesus the Messiah came and they rejected Him that the land inheritance was revoked. The land promise was always conditioned on their obedience under the old covenant, and Jesus told them they would lose it permanently, which they did (see Matthew 23:37-39, Matthew 24:1, 2, and Luke 21:3-20-34). Jerusalem was destroyed along with the temple in 70 AD, which was a fulfillment of what Jesus said. That was the end of the Judaic age of the old covenant.
Since that time the Jewish people have been under God's judgment for rejecting Messiah Jesus, other than the remnant in the time of the Apostles in the first century (which Paul speaks about in Romans 9:27 and 11:5) and a small minority who have come to faith in Jesus over the centuries. When Jerusalem was destroyed, the remnant fled as Jesus told them to do (Luke 21:21) and were saved alive. These were the Jewish believers who had faith in Jesus. The rest, who were the Christ rejectors, were either killed or were scattered throughout the ancient world and assimilated into other nations.
In the early 1800’s a political movement began in England to give the scattered Jewish people a homeland which started a world wide migration to the middle east, or Palestine. This continued for the next 130 or so years until finally in 1947, with the aid of the British government, they started a war with the native Arab people (or Palestinians). Aided by the British government, they drove them out and took their land. So the nation of Israel that exists today is not Biblical Israel, but rather a politically created nation by Britain, the U.S., and the U.N in 1948. Biblical Israel fulfilled God's purpose for them, which was to bring Christ to all the nations. God's chosen people are all those who have faith in Jesus (Galatians 3:7) and not unbelieving Jewish people in the middle east. We have such a rich inheritance as Gentiles. The promised Messiah that Israel of old rejected became our Messiah, our Savior, if we put our trust in Him. If a Jewish person comes to Christ in faith they can be saved and we should pray for this as we pray for people of all nations.

Your church ought to be telling you ALL that the scriptures teach. You should confront your pastor in private, in love, and ask him why it is being neglected? If he refuses to teach on it, then that is a sign that he might not be the LORD's. Jesus sheep know His voice and follow Him, a strangers voice they will not here.

I'm 63 & only started reading the Bible 11 years ago, but the Holy Spirit had made it perfectly clear to me that Israel IS & will ALWAYS BE part of the plan. In fact I can't even get my head around this replacement nonsense, which poses the question, "How can these theological scholars possibly believe in the replacement theory?" I'm NEW to the Bible & there's no denying Israel's role all the way through until the very end! What divinity school did these cowboys attend? As for Palestine, God put it in my heart to research this as well & it didn't even take much time to uncover the truth - the same truths that you discussed today. The Church I was originally attending made the decision (years ago) that they had to "pick a side" in the Israel/Palestine conflict. They opted for Palestine - I opted to leave that Church! Are you that married to a false eschatology (dispensationalism) that you are blinded to the fact that nobody in church history believed that way until around 1830? Research the history of dispensationalism, beginning with John Nelson Darby and Cyrus Ingram Scofield (Scofield Reference Bible author). What a shame that you would leave a church strictly based on this obsession with Israel.
Thank you Pastor Jack for your messages. I am a widow and 84 years old and have been born again for 76 years. I go to a Baptist Church that really doesn’t preach salvation. Every time I go to church I come home not being fed. I truly have learned a lot from your preaching and look forward to each time I can listen to you. I pray Jesus comes soon and takes us home. I know he will never depart from Israel because they are his chosen people. They will suffer, but they will come through it.

A person can be a non-dispensationalist and still stand up for Israel. Plenty of covenant theology believers still see a place for Israel in the future at the Second Coming of Christ. At least look into covenant theology so you will know the difference in what Jack teaches and those who are non-dispensational.

I know! Very alarming. I had no idea that we had so much Antisemitism in this country. Disgusting!
Fear of persecution. Jesus told us it would happen. We need to be bold and speak God's truth, pray for that boldness and confidence. There are people out there under satan's deceptions. We are the light and salt. We are His ambassadors sent to tell them the good news. We need to obey Jesus. Why do we call Him LORD LORD, yet not do the things He tells us to do?

Other than that or to be with family, I very rarely leave my house any more. Still, I look for opportunities for our Lord to use me to be a light to bring glory to His name in whatever way He chooses to use me. I agree, my church too won’t talk about the times we are in now and they even won’t talk prophecies and when I question the church lead pastor he gave me a round about answer and then told me he won’t talk of this again, WOW. I politely mentioned is it because he doesn’t want to lose church members or is the church board telling him what to and not to preach and I got no response. I’m looking for a different church besides watching Mr Hibbs online.

Yahweh's unconditional promises to the "Lost Tribes of Israel" still apply - they have and are still being fulfilled in their descendants up to today and in the future !

The Bible also prophesies that the Edomite proselytes would despitefully steal His land....

I stand with Jesus, the word of God and Israel!! Thank you for your teachings! So many are so deceived and absolutely need the scales removed from their eyes.
The Israelites comprised 12 Tribes. Not all Israelites are "Jews" and not all "Jews" are Israelites - study the Bible and study history. The Tribe of Judah are not all of Israel and few "Jews" today are even Israelites, but are descendants of proselytes, including Canaanite proselytes !

I absolutely Love Your Teaching. I spend my morning taking care of my daughter then go to the rehab to be with my wife. Then, I go back home to take care of my daughter until we go to bed. I watch You while I work. I Love You So Much!

I do not know one Jew, but I love Jesus and I pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
