Hi ive got 2 doubts in it: 1. Total mkt value is divided by 32 but wont that change coz we've just issued shares worth $15m? 2. Why doesnt share prem and free reserve form part of the mkt value calculation?
Sir i have a doubt in this que. At the end u hv divided with 32 to calculate Mkt price. But i think the no. of shares will be increased as we have issued new shares of $15mn...Please clarify if i hv misunderstood.
you are correct i too think that no of shareholders will increase 32+15m/1.85=40.108 and the market value will be divided by this number. Institute has just given MArket Value in their supplementary
institute has not considered npv of idr in material... although it seems ur ans is correct, n material contains ommison ..so wht shud we do in exam..??
