    Dear Dr. Veer,
what’s your opinion on turbinate reduction via minimal bone resection (after Legler)? My doctor says he is only going to remove a small piece of bone in the front (not mucosa, just bone). Is this generally safe or should it be avoided at all cost?
You mentioned in one of your videos that bone resection causes or could cause ENS.

A week ago, I had an eardrum patch operation using ear cartilage, but when I swallow saliva or yawn, I feel a strong popping in the ear. Is this dangerous for the operation?

I’m still trying to see you. You’re a hard man to get appointments in Queens. I’m not on cpap due to my hospital will not give me new machine and mine is on re call. Long winded. I’ve broken nose since 14 years old. Now I’m older over 55 I was wondering if I could have back of nose chiselled which has been suggested or can I re break my nose and have it re set? I think I need to see you as my doctors say your renowned world surgeon for cpap. I’m addictive to diazepam well over 10 years got MH and disability. Need to see you as I choke on food often also.

Great video Mr Veer. Would you please consider creating a video to cover surgery around Epiglottis Stiffening please as this was discovered as a possible option for me following a DISE by yourself.

Assuming you have salty sour etc. it sounds like it will just take time. Probably had an infection after the operation? Can take several months to return to normal.
