I experienced that heart pain while I was doing some deep trauma and inner child work. And this work was high stakes, Im a recovering meth addict, and my blood pressure and heart pain were getting scary. But I followed through with my work and the pain dissolved into light. Blood pressure now normal, thanks to this channel.

Yes !! Deep healing and shedding and purging your own past, bit not only that...the layers can trip you up,.but there is a way to true healing. One of my favorite tools is the drama triangle, which I talk about in my new video.
