OMGGGGG girl THANK YOU!! This video saved my Christian Louboutin Bag! I wiped a wet wipe on it and it made a huge white stain and this method completely removed it! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
did this to my brand new 2022 keepall & did achieve the color i desire but it did cause some cracking which i dont mind cause i wear used/vintage things. but if u mind a dated look & dont want any cracks, i wouldn’t suggest this. the oil probably loosened the leather & allowed for cracking. i still preferred it over leather dye cause dye is permanent & i wouldn’t know how to lift it if i made a mistake.
I did this to a NVF and GM and it looks great! I did 2 coats and set it in the sun. It’s been about two years and looked great and continues to be great.
I love the look of the bag. I think that you are right to stop at one application. The bag will do it's own thing and still be beautiful. Love the pony tail 💖
I just did my speedy the other day and it looks good. I put my bag on my barstool and set in front of my window in the sun for about 10-15 min on each side.
its still worth it to do it but no the oil doesn’t dry. saw a lot of people who say they use a baby wipe to clean it after but i think thats too drying to the leather so i cleaned it up with a napkin afterwards to soak up oil
The *first* thing that popped into my head *seeing and hearing* you talk was you could pass for the younger cuter sister of comedian Sheryl Underwood from ("The Talk") You sound *JUST* like her! :-D
Hey I’m confused on why you want the bag to look worn, I’ve been trying to find a way to turn the color back to light lol and came across this, is it better style to have them look this way ?
It just signifies old money where the lighter handles signify new bag aka new money...also looks faker when it's new. I love when the handles are damn near black. lol Suppper old money look.
Evelyn Zepeda I’ve actually have done this to all my bags and I haven’t had any issues. You have to use a little bit and be careful when you carry it because if your hands are dirty or anything the leather will get darker. But all of my bags are aging perfectly and nothing ever went wrong with the leather. And if you condition it when you’re supposed to then you should be good.

Oh my girl! you are so brave to actually try this in a brand new Lv bag. Hope everything turn out to be wonderful.
It’s a rep
Hello! Have you noticed your Vachetta having issues with the oil? I read some people had the olive oil go rancid on their bag and then it had issues.
No, mine is still fine.
Any tips on straightening out the straps??
Update on this bag please? How did the patina went?

@@kimijobern is it going to get darker , i did one coat and i’m worry it will get darker to undesirable colour ?
I thought I was the only one who did this!! My Speedy 25 has been sitting in the sun all morning. LOL
I usually leave my new bags in the sun for a few days too before start using them

Where’s the 2 thumbs up?! This really work beautifully💕 Thank you 😊
Is this authentic. The red glaze is so orange and the lv canvas colors look off.
Def not authentic
Can you tell me how to lighten the red glaze?
You are a genius. 😊
Can you use olive oil that's not extra virgin?
You actually can!
what size is your speedy? where did you buy your bag from? It looks new,I love it!
Can we get a update on the bag
Anttanay it’s perfect..
Can I use extra virgin avocado oil?
Does the oil dry or will it mess up your clothes?
its still worth it to do it but no the oil doesn’t dry. saw a lot of people who say they use a baby wipe to clean it after but i think thats too drying to the leather so i cleaned it up with a napkin afterwards to soak up oil
Thank you! You are not only smart but you are beautiful!
Thank you!
Does it wear off like with regular use? Maybe have to keep using olive oil?? Lol
No it doesn’t
That really worked well love it
Have you taken down some videos was looking for the pochette metis video
Was the handles pvc or leather? Can this be used and do the same thing on pvc handles?
Can’t be used on plastics ma’am.
PVC won’t absorb oil

U made my day
Thank you!!! This worked perfectly for my luggage tag. The tag weirdly got darker than the strap, it’s a perfect match now. ❤️
so now im covered in cooking oil..........lol..............xx but it does darken it a bit.......slither slither xx ha ha
I did this and regret it, it kinda turned Orange
Olive oil turns rancid and isn’t to be used on leather. It will rot the leather and stitches.
Lauren Stewart not true, I did this on my brand new Neverfull 5 years ago and the leather is perfectly fine and the stitches are in tact.
Kiamisha Page it will ruin the leather. Not right away but it will. Olive oil turns bad and isn’t meant to be used on wood or leather.
Lauren Stewart it’s 5 years is a long time, but I’m no expert.
Not true any skin for that matter (leather) loves oil when used in such a small amount!
Hi thank you for the video instructions. Could you please tell me where do you get your Apple Watch band?
Has anyone tried armor all leather conditioner to petina the bag?
That’s a good question. I’ve got plenty of armor all leather conditioner laying around the house. Wounded if I could use that.
Thank you Im gone try it tfs
Will this work on fakes lol ?
Doesn’t work on plastic or pleathers… only genuine leather.
Hey I’m confused on why you want the bag to look worn, I’ve been trying to find a way to turn the color back to light lol and came across this, is it better style to have them look this way ?
Don’t be confused lol, it’s what I like. Just what I like.
It just signifies old money where the lighter handles signify new bag aka new money...also looks faker when it's new. I love when the handles are damn near black. lol Suppper old money look.
Is that one of your budgeted bags?
Thanks for this video beautiful
Thank you for the video beautifulQueen. I love your style!
Cotton Balls/Wipes work better
Use mink oil. NOT OLIVE OIL. Bad advice here
Just did it on my Melia!! Yasss!!!
Can you give tips?
Can you give us update please ?
Your channel is so fun 🙂 tfs ❤️
Guys, don’t do this.
