Constant po talaga ang pi. Kasi may fixed value sya at di nagbabago ang value nya... Di naman po nagbabago ang value ng pi para maging variable. Kaya constant po sya. Pero sa chart kasi ginamit sya as coefficient of r... 🙂

Hi! I would like to ask what is the exact definition of constant. This is the introduction. Please explain to me if the constants multiplier / numerical coefficient is considered as constants? I like to have the exact definition of constants. Because I got wrong answers believing constant should be alone meaning meaning without variables.

Constants are cannot be change or without the combination of numbers and letters. The example of without the combination of numbers and letter are: -5, 1, 2,-4.
The example of Constants are : example1 5x + 3 The constants is 3 because the 3 do not have the combination of letter.
example2. 8(-2x + 5y). The constants is 8 because 8 do not have the combination of letter.
