INGREDIENTS:
For The Gravy Boiling
Onion= 2
Cashew Nut= 60
Green Chilli= 1
For The Tadka
Desi Ghee= 2 tbsp
Cinnamon sticks= 1
Bay leaf= 1
Green Cardamom= 4
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1/2 tsp
Milk= 2 cup
Cardamom Powder= 1/4 tsp
White Pepper= 1/4 tsp
Coconut Syrup= 2 tbsp
Butter= 1 tbsp
Desi Ghee= 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream= 2 tbsp
For The Kofta
Paneer= 500 gm
Sugar= 1/2 tsp
Cardamom Powder= 1/4 tsp
White Pepper= 1/4 tsp
Salte= 1/4 tsp
Corn Flour= 2 tbsp

Excellent recipe. Koi doubt nhi hei ji. Deserves 10/10 God bless him. I would like to stuff 1 kishmish and half cashew into each kofta to give this recipe my own twist. Chef's recipe is undoubtedly great. Kuddos!
I think all food lovers would like this great recipe. Hitherto, I would try Malai Kofta but ended with koftas being hard though I used Paneer wholly.
