What you call the “counterbalance” on the aileron is actually called the paddle. It helps, along with the differential ailerons, to counteract adverse yaw

Great video. TOLD = "Takeoff and Landing Data." I realize your card has "distance" but it is data. Other acft will have critical field length, single engine takeoff speed, critical engine failure speed, and other related data...that's why it is "data" in TOLD.
