- The medium infantry knife Tonto point sent to me by half breed blades for review and bohler k340 steel is absolutely tough as nails sharp as s*** stabby as hell and comfortable in hand You need to watch this one boys and girls because we get with it and this knife is impressive

Real world testing! Used sandblast hose, fabric lifting straps and tyres are almost guaranteed to wreck any cutting edge. That knife held up well. Good video Sir. 👍

Scabber I am at the 1 minute mark and I can Already tell you that Halfbreed is a cut above MOST of the others.. I Own MANY of their products!! and Listen!!! Ecerybody is selling something at all times.. your approval of whatever you review coud constitute selling, but WTF are we doing here??? We are enjoying knives!! I am a fan of em as I believe the blade is made in Taiwan, the kydex sheath in the USA, and put together in Aussie country....Something like that and also I don't care for tanto and combo edges but on this knife I don't mind the tanto blade....It is built nicely and the box it comes in is outstanding too which most of us don't care about but it is what it is....Nice job on the testing....Good stuff...
Yeah I've read something like that before and I need to do some research cuz I got four or five more of them to do so I'll get an answer on all that but you're on the right track. I like the aggressiveness of the knife although serrations aren't my thing only because they get in the way when I go to make a cut

Brother this one is growing on me The only thing I don't like about a serrated blade is when I go to make the cut and it gets in the way that's it other than that it doesn't bother me. But this one is well crafted and I love playing with it
Definitely a good working knife. Not personally a fan of serrations, but they have a use.
I do like Halfbreed Blades they make a great knife. Personally, I wish they would offer more of their knives without any coating. I understand it's a military knife and reflections and all that but I will always prefer an uncoated knife. I spoke with somebody at halfbreed a couple years ago and they had no plans of offering them uncoated. They have a lot of nice knives and are very well made and the Med Infantry is probably one of my favorites. Nice to see them offering it in K340 now. Great Review Brother.
They have the MIK-03P Gen-2 Medium Infantry Knife - SAN-VG10 coming out with satin finish.
So far I've tested just on HB blade. One word..... hotdamnitsbadass

I got to see Halfbreed knives in person this weekend. I was at a knife show, and it was awesome to actually get these in hand. I really liked the weight and how solid these knives feel. Very impressive!

Tanto points do have some practical uses . Best damn gasket scraper I’ve ever found and they work well as a wood chisel too .

@choirboyzcutleryoutdoors So I'm in California and my infantry tanto is stuck in customs. It's been sitting in u.s customs since the 17th and hasn't moved to my carrier yet. I emailed halfbreed knives and all they did was tell me to call customs. For $240 I was hoping they'd call for me or do something as I've never had to deal with customs before or even know their number. Just reaching out as a customer who bought the knife based on your review but have been unable to receive it. Also nothing about the knife violates knife laws here it's basically a fixed blade not even double edged, push, etc. so I see no reason for this hold up.
@@choirboyzcutleryoutdoorsI also want to add that I've never had a knife held up in customs and I order items from all around the world including Thailand and Turkey. I kind of feel shafted by Halfbreed on this issue. A quick search renders this result for my delivery status "The most common reason for shipments being held for Customs clearance is missing documentation and information. Documentation and information gaps can often be corrected at the origin location through process improvement, implementation, and training.". So it does look like it was something on their end yet they are refusing to do anything and insist that its now my job to deal with customs lol

Beforeyou said anything about the glove I was looking at your hands a can't remember you even had a bandaid on them. Almost every reviewer has cut themselves one time our another hell I cut the tip off one of mine and was only showing a knife to a friend. You must keep that eye right on that edge or you know your private nurse will give you hell . #22aday no more
