It could be interpreted 2 ways.... 1) He meant the amount of X's we saw happening won't happen again... 2) GME will implode when the FOMO bubble bursts.... What happened with GME was beautiful, but basically the GME stock is being held up there based on a lot of LARGELY INEXPERIENCED retailer FOMO investments it is highly volatile. Roaring Kitty believed in the stock and his believe was based on ACTUAL RESEARCH, and that's why he profited and became a legend. Now people are buying GME without even looking at the long-term strategy. ..Yeah "bringing the pain" is fun, but everybody can't afford it....When these " mom/pop/little Johnny and Aunt Susie" investors notice the GME price dipping because life will go back to normal and they realize they bought after the peak so they aren't going to become rich quick, they might pull out their money dropping the value of the stock. After a while " Sticking it to the big boys" might not seem so appealing at all..

@@sj7206 people invested knowing fully that some are going to make profit, some loss. But the aim was to give a major blow to these corporates which we were able to do
Of course the selling of the stock was allowed, that's what drives the price back down to the short price point. That's what was so damned dirty about this whole thing. They (Robinhood and other apps like Ameritrade) stopped the ability of individual investors to purchase, and by natural extension increase the value of GME and increasing the pressure of the squeeze, while only allowing the selling of the stock which, by extension, lowers the market value closer to the short target price. In some cases apps, primarily Robinhood, even sold investors position in GME without their consent or knowledge for MUCH less than market value. Robinhood has shown that their loyalty truly lies with Citadel and other hedge fund groups and not the individual. Should rename to the Sheriff of Nottingham.
Robinhood has been making non-marginal accounts force sell GameStop at much lower prices than what the market states. They are technically only able to make marginal accounts force sell via the user agreement
Hopefully the class action lawsuit(s) against Robinhood will bring to light all of the questionable moves being made. Would love to see some new legal precedent securing the individual investor's right to succeed or fail on their own. There are likely tons of drawbacks to such a precedent, but it may be a first step in, what I would consider, the right direction.

@Frank Castle they're paying their talking heads to make the Reddit people seem racist or criminal. Time for the misdirection game to try to get us to be mad at the wrong people.
I wouldn't be surprised if GME did more "hops" like this. After all, the "buy the dip" phrase is becoming such a meme that when the stock inevitably falls to be really affordable again, I'm having a hard time imagining there wouldn't be a wave of people purchasing it en masse.
Indeed. And the "WOWS" as they call him calls it colluding or borderline colluding. Then what is it (as the same man pointed out) when these fund managers destroy a company's reputation or otherwise stomp it into the dirt? Is that not collusion? That is collusion on a whole different level because they are intentionally spreading misinformation (lying) about a company in order to drive it's stock down for personal gain.
The funniest part is the Hedge funds doubled down trying to re-short the stock, and as soon as GME was available it immediately went back up. Get em a body bag. Hold the line. What a wonderfull stock to own GME is.

Facts
Facts
Only fax & telex here, lazies & gentiles...
I mean everybody thought it was done. Because nobody thought that the hedgies would come in with balls of steel and double down. So, it wasn't easy to predict that it would happen again.

They didn't "suspend trading" - they suspended purchasing of stock. Liquidating it was just fine apparently.
Whoever made that decision should GO TO JAIL!!

What a dumb comparison that was. Mf scammed people into buying stocks. Reddit just shared public information which got a lot of people interested in the stock.
@@user-gk1il8kh1l what reddit did is kind of illegal
@@nikeelite5969 No one is using insider information to promote the stock. The fact that the stock was heavily shorted is publicly available for everyone to see. Reddit pointed this out which got a bunch of others interested in buying the stock. Jordan Belfort on the other hand scammed a bunch of people into buying stocks so that he could make a profit for himself. What he did does not even come close to what Reddit is doing. Just because the Wolf of Wall Street says it’s illegal does not make it illegal... he’s a con artist. The comparison he made between his firm and Reddit was idiotic.
