the "Nashville Aristocrat" is a particularly special part of saxophone history, as it has a unique ownership history.
primarily owned and operated by HB Johnson, member of the WSM650 'Waking Crew' band, this saxophone was previously in the collection of Gerry Mulligan, baritone saxophone pioneer. the saxophone itself is a Buescher Aristocrat, from its early (first) series, serial number #273704. the saxophone has original lacquer, springs, and snaps present, and is a living testament to the qualities known from the Buescher saxophones of the day.
