Thanks for your effort! I was just searching for example of using RPM after watching a Tony Robbins film. And this is the best one I've seen so far. Also, thanks for speaking clearly. I am not a native speaker and I can understand every sentence you said!
This is MASSIVE! I always felt like I lost my purpose by just following a To Do list, but this synced up with a to do list will make sure that everything follows my purpose.
Heard of RPM for years and now I finally understand it. Very happy that I ran into this video. It easily explained the whole RPM concept and using Evernote made it even clearer. Definite paradigm shift for me. Can't wait to start applying RPM using Evernote, I can easily merge this with my system.
I'm going through RPM for about the fourth time now and I've been trying to find an app to do RPM 100% with. Maybe Evernote is that app. I have a few mechanical questions though for how you implement it: - Do you only plan your days within Evernote? I'd love to see another video for people who understand RPM and want to see a complete implementation from a mechanical standpoint (apps, workflow, etc) that covers the whole RPM method (Vision, Purpose, Roles, everything) - How do you keep this updated with your calendar? Do you schedule calendar events separately? Or do you somehow organize calendar events from within Evernote? - How do you organize projects? I was thinking of using note links within Evernote to link "Key Outcomes" in Projects down to the Day RPM level. How do you keep things linked together so you can keep Key Action Items and all this together? - Is Evernote the best app you've tried for RPM? Have you tried others? What are the benefits and drawbacks? Have you tried Trello or any todo apps and tried to make RPM work within them?
Hi Stephen, in your video back in Jan 2015 titled 'How to Plan Your Day for Optimal Productivity', you were using pen and paper which you mentioned helped you in your thinking process, as opposed to using a keyboard. Would like to hear your thoughts whether moving digital i.e. Evernote changed anything
I've just recently decided to take life by the horns which is a really big thing for me considering my track record with organization and planning. Your videos are really inspiring and I'm definitely planning to implement some of your tools into my daily life. Cheers.
Hey stephen thanks for sharing all your day-to day stuff. A lot of the online guys don't share all this stuff. It's nice to know what someone who actually is successful actually does stuff in day to day and with this much detail. Applying this stuff is so key. There's so much stuff out there on what to do but not with detail on exactly how it's done in this much detail. THHANKS!!!!
Hello Stephen! My name is Dominique! Your video came JUST IN TIME! Was just looking for ways to refocus and this came across my account. Thank you so much for sharing! Going to apply this TODAY!
Thank you for this piece of content! I decided to upgrade my planning system and this video is exactly what I was looking for. Live long and prosper, my man. Best wishes from Russia!
Thank You, This was a quick refresher. I own the RMP planner note book and Tony Robbins CD RPM. I was planning on going back to refresh but you helped so much and saved me hours. thanks again
Very helpful video Stefan! Thanks for sharing the RPM method and how we can use it through Evernote :) This will certainly help to keep the yearly monthly priorities in order and move forward smoothly.
Such a helpful VDO. Very informative and specific tips to accomplish the day by applying RPM tool. This is also the first time to learn about Evernote. I would like to become a goal oriented person rather than taking actions without purpose. Thanks so much.
Hey!! I was wondering if you still use Evernote to do your RPM planning - I've been playing around w/ tools and would love to hear what you use that empowers your goals :)
Wow man, this is very good! I'm going to start using this from now on! Thanks Watching you for the past few months (plus many other channels) has really inspired me to continue forward with my purpose. And seeing the success you're achieving shows me the potential! You're awesome man! Keep the great content coming
Stefan, great video. I have used RPM in the past & present. I am not consistent with it but when I am it definitely moves me to attain my goals/outcomes. My problem is consistency & discipline. I'll check out the ever-note...but I think I like to write it out. BTW, love your site. You are very generous with your content and sharing. Outstanding example of applying what works and all that you've learned!
+Tara Menard Thanks Tara. Check out the vlog I did on how to be consistent. Often times lack of consistency comes down to an inner conflict in beliefs, if you can dissect what beliefs are stopping you and then create new empowering beliefs to support your habits, you'll be unstoppable! God bless!
This really is useful Stef. You're breaking down Tony's RPM into language and a simple process that i can now understand. he talks too quickly and can lose the listener. ty and best to u and fam.
Hey Stefan, Thanks for this, I have tried a few different methods of planning my day and none of them have stuck. I will give this a try and see how it goes. I would love to see how you lay out the rest of evernote If you get chance to do a video, that would be awesome. Lee
I like your integration, and using a separate note for Daily RPMs, is there a certain structure you breakdown as far as organizing the Notebooks like a diff Notebook for Driving Force, Personal Categories, Prof Categories, Enterprise etc. That's the way I had it at first, but your daily format is awesome! Thanks!
Really clear explanation - thank you for the video. (I may be guilty of writing to do lists, so this has definetly changed my mindset on planning). Side note - why do you have to go to bed on an empty stomach?
Thanks for the insight on how you use RPM/OPA in Evernote. As a long time user on Tony's RPM/OPA methods, I'd be curious to see if/how you use RPM and Evernote to conduct your Weekly Planning.
Almost all of this makes sense, but I'm not sure how to relate this to my monthly to weekly to daily. Then I don't know how to feel satisfied in the day?
Great video, I installed the app. One question, do you create separate notebooks for each area of your life, or is the RPM plan shown in this video always done with a note made in the same notebook?
hey this is great I'm going to start this, love the channel, however, I have to add something, went on Tatiana's page, because she looks A LOT like my wife, and the first thing she said was, name something you are grateful for so I changed my RPM to GRPM every morning I will add something I'm grateful for before doing my rpm. Thank you though I love this channel
Great video! I wanna know if you schedule and set a timer for the actions of the day in blocks or is it just achieving them without a specific time structure. Thanks :)
+Animepro100 Thanks! Yes, I use timers when I work - not for every scenario, but most. I even use a timer at the gym (a stopwatch) to be productive and efficient between my workout sets.
One of your best videos in my opinion. I used to do "Getting Things Done" method by David Allen but I couldn't stick with it for too long, now I see that it was indeed a "to-do" list without emotions and purpose behind it. I was wondering how do you handle with "pop-up tasks". When you suddenly remember that you had to do something. Do you edit your "Today" note or anything like that?
+Snir Alayof Thanks Snir. I add anything that comes up to the specific category/outcome/action plan. If it's urgent and important, I'll handle it immediately - if not, I add it to the list and get to it when it's appropriate.
Would you "please" tell me what screen share program you're using? I need to use one and nobody seems to want to be forthcoming in what they use. It would truly be appreciated. Thanks.
Not a huge fan of Evernote (the software is clumsy) and I've lost data a few times with syncing issues across devices, but admittedly I have no good alternative. Interesting day planning techniques, though. I use the best self, self journal to plan out my day.
Executing RPM in an app or software is really difficult! Stefan, did you get the idea to use Evernote for RPM when you attended Business Mastery this past summer? And what do you think about the value of 'writing down your goals' versus typing them in Evernote? Would appreciate hearing your thoughts. Great video!
RPM stands for the Rapid Planning Method... and can also be considered as a Results-oriented/Purpose-driven/Massive Action Plan... Tony Robbins - Time of Your Life
This video is still relevant 8 years later. Thank you for all the effort you and your team put into making this video!
This is great. Still relevant after all these years. Thank you!
You're very welcome Kat!
Thanks for your effort!
I was just searching for example of using RPM after watching a Tony Robbins film. And this is the best one I've seen so far.
Also, thanks for speaking clearly. I am not a native speaker and I can understand every sentence you said!
Thanks for this man...cool to know about your project. All the best to you!
This is MASSIVE! I always felt like I lost my purpose by just following a To Do list, but this synced up with a to do list will make sure that everything follows my purpose.
+Mentz Awesome, glad you enjoyed it!

Glad it was helpful!
Beautiful. Thank you
Great Video, Thanks!

This is the most helpful video i ever watch on planning. 👍. So much good imformation

Thanks!

Hey Stefan. I am also using Evernote but my layout looks very different from yours. Are the windows and apple version different?
Apple
Very inspiring brother, your content keeps me focused
Not a huge fan of Evernote (the software is clumsy) and I've lost data a few times with syncing issues across devices, but admittedly I have no good alternative. Interesting day planning techniques, though. I use the best self, self journal to plan out my day.
Reluctant to try a microsoft product but I've heard others suggest the same - I'll give it a shot!
great video bro, I truly appreciate the time and dedication you took to spell out an affective way to create massive action.
