Yes, sorry about the sound quality - this video was made about 8 months ago now and I'm just uploading it - all sound problems have been taken care of for videos filmed from now on...it was a mixture of laryngitis, coupled with simply not projecting my voice enough for the camera - but all will be fixed. Thanks so much for persevering...x

I love this slice.
I partially cook the base before adding the jam and coconut.
I'm finding it annoying that you're using a dessert spoon to mix.
