I think I’m gonna get these for my Kraton. Sadly destroyed the hex in my Duratrax tires and the new ones have disgusting looking wheels. Older style looks much better. I’ve hit 57 with my Kraton. Firma 160A with 1250kV motor and 24T pinion. How are these holding up for you?
What motor did you end up going with to pair with the max 6?? Also... how have these proline trenchers faired? Have they handled heavy bashing, like you hoped? Also, how do you know your rig is too heavy for the stock esc and motor. What wieght is too heavy (including tires)? Can the stock esc and motor handle these tires? Lastly, Do I need to order anything other than the tires to run this on my stock set up?
I just got these for my 6S Krayton with stock pinion. What pinion should I run with these tires? I read somewhere that you'd have to gear down with these.
Total weight is 2.8lbs on those Trencher HPs just stuck them on my E Revo 2.0 and as for size compared to the MX38 Badlands the Trencher HPs are only slightly wider they are the same height as the MX38 Badlands.
Hi Jason. Great clips and are great help. However I’m very new to this and not go much idea on upgrades and what’s best for my cars. I currently have a arrma notorious and want to hey a Traxxas x Maxx. I’m based in Surrey area. Not sure how far that is from you? However do you know anyone in my area who is good on knowledge for best ways to upgrade my cars. Thanks again mike
Joining the RC groups on face book is a group is a good place to start. You can post questions but most of all you can read other people’s posts. Searching UA-cam helps too. I have 4 or 5 videos on my Xmaxx.
That’s great thanks for this. So I’ve tried to join on Facebook.however I’ve got to be excepted first. Unfortunately I’m yet to be excepted. Also I brought the Traxxas x Maxx and the krayton 8s. Do you have a video on changing the pinion on the krayton 8s? Thanks
Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to checking out more videos of this in action. Have you decided on diff fluids yet? I'm just finishing my build up and going to start a bit lighter (20k) just to see how it fairs. But I have 50k, 80k, and 100k on standby assuming 20k will be too light.
Tires look great was just wondering what do you actually consider your vehicle to be when it looks like 60 percent of it is aftermarket just don't understand why someone would spend good money on a truck knowing that you will have to replace so much of it and have to spend another 2 to 3 hundred dollars on it just so it won't break thanks for the video
Brian Mahutga Name a vehicle that doesn’t need upgrades for hard bashing. Maybe a Maxx or XMaxx,, but you over pay for those from the start. There are very few RTR vehicles that you will not have to upgrade unless you are a light to moderate driver. Plus, if you can afford it, upgrading is what makes the hobby fun. What RC do you like?
It's called preference and part of the hobby... I mean who gets an RTR and leaves it as is these days?!? Couple hundred bucks... LOL I've spent well over 1K in modifications to my E Revo 2.0 and trust me when I say it was worth every penny.
I bought a set of these for my mate,, so his wife wouldn't find out how much he spends lol ,,they are huge,, he wanted them for his typhon 6s thinking they would be the same size as the 3.8 badlands , i bought the 2.8 belted and swapped him so i got them now on my kraton
Were did you get you aluminum chassis from really would like to have one

Have you tried the trenchers on your reeper? Ive tried the mx38s but not quite what i want and wondering if the extra width would improve it
Did you have any heat issues with those tires???
great channel love your work
Why didnt you go with the beadloc version?
What size socket you use to mount them? Thank you
I have a Question I Have the Proline Trenchers I want to Put on My Arrma Kraton 6s Do I Need to Change the Gears on the Truck Sorry New At this Stuff
I don't think so. Most stok trucks are usually under geared. I think you would be good.
I just got these for my 6S Krayton with stock pinion. What pinion should I run with these tires?
I read somewhere that you'd have to gear down with these.
Please how can i find the wheels that was installed in the beginning of video? What the name of that ?

I may have missed it. Which Kraton is this, 6s? Nice video. I just bought the same wheels. Looking forward to getting them😅
Nice looking truck
Real nice great wheels and tires

Suggest getting the Maxx it's actually funner than the X Maxx and you can convert it to wide track and 6s.

I am going to start with 50k front/rear and 200k in the center. Hopefully that works well.

@@peterronzoni9264 Then, it would really blow to know you paid too much from the start for- JUNK!!!

Whats the name of the drill ?
4:06 yep so true. nothing worse than buying new tires and stripping the hex on the first run
Wow, man that's a lot of up grades! Are you going to use that kraton keen see it dirty 💪
Don’t think he likes to see a scratch on all those upgrades 😂 I know that feeling.
2.8 hp is too small for the maxx and 3.8 hp is too big. Come on Pro Line!
You from Nova Scotia ?
Ontario.

Goodbye undamaged drivetrain 😂
