Do u use blue blocking glasses even during the day while indoors?
Anytime I’m in front of a computer screen. New devices coming out that don’t use blue light so if you get these you don’t need the glasses for that activity

I did not find diet to change my cholesterol, specifically when high LDL particle numbers were in relation to an inflammatory infection. I think the dietary effect on these numbers is overstated.
Beans -legumes (not peanuts, soybeans) 1/2 cup three times daily with meals lower LDL. Nuts (including peanuts) 1 cup at bedtime raise HDL.
