I have been experimenting with magnets for 2 years. Placing strong magnets in pain areas (like my shoulder) seems to stimulate blood flow and lowers the pain. I have increased the magnets, and the pain appears to go away. I am aware of the placebo effects. Try it.

Look up picture of a spiral, not a circle. The metal can be aluminum or copper, or brass . Flat thin sheet metal or round wire. The 2 ends do not touch. The two ends overlap with something to separate them. This becomes an antenna that receives high frequencies from environment. Cells of tissue within become weakly energized and enhanced healing ability. This was from research of Dr. Lakhovski.
Unfortunately the magnets are too far apart on a wrist at that Gauss intensity to have any effect, a strong magnet ring would be better, magnetic truly are sold for the wrong reason, they're unaware that close range magnets create decalcification of calcium and also cleans out calcium from arteries.
