This Rangers team needs a full new backline imo (Tav included as I've always said he should be an impact sub as RW from the bench), midfield badly needs sorted, I would go for a couple of the stand-outs from the Kilmarnock team. We need to buy the best from Scotland and stop buying foreigners who don't have a clue what's needed here in the Scottish game. Butland will be gone in next window imo. If we splashed out for Shankland in the winter window I bet we would still be top.

That's what won Rangers so many trophies and League Titles having Scottish and British Players who can play the game but also understand what is means to play for Glasgow Rangers and the League . There is quality players in this league who Rangers could sign next season who know the League like Shankland up front , few players from Hibs, Kilmarnock, Aberdeen etc Too many players from outside the Uk who don't get the League and what it means to win trophies for Rangers it needs to stop.

His goal was to get them to the end of the season while assessing who has to go. He knows these players. If he publicly slated them they would hide, and he would get nothing on Sunday. League was lost in September, he got them here. Next season it's all him. And half that team will be gone. I think we should get Scott McKenna to pair a long side John Souttar have two Scottish Centre Backs . Midfield needs 2 or 3 new faces and Left and Right Back Yilmaz & Sterling or bring another Left Back in , sign Cortes for RW or LW , Shankland up top . Keep Butland if possible .
