History can mean success and failures, can it not? I never said that Rangers were a successful ‘European’ trophy winning club, but they do have a long tradition of winning and losing in Scottish football with their ‘old enemy’ Celtic...and am sure that they would have been some big and memorable games played there? Looking through the Scotland international past for example I noticed that some games were played at Ibrox and one that I was pleased to see was a Scottish 2-0 win over Hitler’s Germany in 1936...fantastic! I feel ashamed for the England boys who were persuaded to do the ‘Hitler salute’ before they played in Berlin in 1938, however they did stuff the Germans 6-3...I wonder if the nazi leader was at the game? Hope so!

I think most people talk about the atmosphere at Parkhead, but it is nowhere near as good as Ibrox, not even close.

Ally looks so very much like his Auntie Christine from Thorliebank especially when he laughs, she laughed all the time, her party piece was splitting an apple in her bare hands, this fascinated me as a young child, her voice was absolutely amazing too!
Literally brought tears to my eyes, what a fantastic club we have! Rangers fc💙🇬🇧
theRangers aka Sevco

Brilliant. All the best Ally. You are the best. Saw you at the bar in the hotel next to where Bruce Springsteen was playing. You were holding court. My Dad was with me. He stayed at the bar while I went in and watched Bruce. He died shortly after. Always remember you at the bar.
Rangers V Parma 1999 was the noisest in my lifetime
I was at that game with my Dad, never hear noise like it, it was unreal
Laura Woods is as respectful as she is delightful. What a wonderful women & an amazing role model. Your parents must be so proud

We are all here because of Laura. Let's be honest.
"You could chew an apple through a letterbox"; Gazza told that story at the Rangers Supporters' Club in Hong Kong and had everybody rolling! 🤣
Ally’s patter is just brilliant. Such a funny story teller
The stadium was built by craftsman. You only have look at the exquisite craftsmanship of the old interior wood panelling. It screams of this is our football club.
Laura welcome to famous Glasgow Rangers. we know you're a Gooner, but you've just fell in luv with the gers.
Laura a bear now.
Love the portrait of Her Britannic Majesty on the wall..
Enjoyed that brought back memories of meeting Mr Symon in that dressing room when I was about 8. Beat Falkitk that day, special memories
LOVE THIS CLUB 💙🇬🇧

Ally and Laura - good combo
@5:05 you can clearly see that Rangers is backed by House Baratheon.
I've always said it's the best stadium In Europe. And I'm not a rangers fan.
@Scimmia Ibrox was literally just voted as the stadium with the best atmosphere in the UK and if you don't go to football for the atmosphere why are you going lol... It's Ibrox baby!
@Butthead literally the most sucessful team in the world but ok mate keep telling yourself that haha. Just ButtHurt Parkheads a shitehole
@Uncle Gilbert champions.. top of league.. still in europa league... sounds desperate hahaa
@Uncle Gilbert hahaha what team do you support.. Coz u sound like a butthurt tim mate
@Uncle Gilbert why you on rangers vids commenting then haha 😂 😂 😂 all about the rangers
Loving rangers is like a marriage total commited to the club we love .
She is beautiful both Laura and the brox😁💪🏆
Nice to see you back at ibrox ally
Ally McCoist is one off rare Rangers players that has love/hate relationship with rivals Celtic When saw Ally McCoist carry Tommy Burns on final journey was moment full respect was given Overhead kick in Cup Final at Parkhead after long ,came off bench score cup final goal ,headed diving header v Leeds United Battle of Britain plus goals v Celtic Inc Hatrick 3-2 cup final was game Ally made his mark & never looked back Gazza,Durrant,Gazza comedy trio match Marx Bros. For me can't name his best partnership Big Hateley or Wee Mo Johnston What I do know and Ally admits he owes huge chunk of his goals to legendary friend Davie Cooper ,Ally said Coop would aim to hit ,deflect ball of Ally into the net lol .Ibrox is beautiful stadium just oozes History as soon see old Main Stand & famous gates EVERY young has had photo stood in front of those gates.
Super ally. A true ranger and servant of the queens 11 🔴⚪🔵🇬🇧
0:10 ally when working with Laura...
huge respect to GRFC (WHU)
🤝
That is one oldskool looking dressing room 😂
You mean that's one falling apart dated looking changing room and why do they have a pic of the queen on the wall?
@@gerardmccue4874 we have a photo of her majesty on the wall because we are the quintessential British club .
@@gerardmccue4874 How's it falling apart? It has just been renovated a few months ago!
