To even mix it up even more, have each player come up with a dozen or more of these character traits and put them all in like a randomized list selector. Each player rolls before each match to randomly be assigned the trait to be used to choose their next character.
As I watched the moment vernias said to choctopus to pick a mii, the CLEAR disappointment from choctopus’s sigh and the photo of his expression on the mii swordfighter was just to much!🤣 My sides hurt from so much laughter.
Ridley’s not in Metroid Dread because canonically all traces of him do not exist anymore and he is DEAD. That, and he has been relegated to a fan-service character. If we’re talking Space Pirates that are too big, Kraid is too big and he’s still in Metroid Dread. The last game Ridley made an appearance in was Samus Returns and he was literally thrown in as fan-service. So, yeah. Ridley ain’t a mascot. He is fan-service. If we’re talking mascots, either Samus or the Metroids themselves.
Prompt ideas: Pick a character who you would likely date if they were real. Pick one of the 10 lightest characters. Pick a super heavyweight. Pick a Mario character. Pick an anime character (E.G. sephiroth, palutena, byleth, ETC.)
