Testing our new Kool Koat HD Powder Coating Gun (and unboxing)

As the powder coating side of our business grew we found our Redline EZ50 gun was just no longer doing a good enough job so we opted to upgrade to a Kool Koat HD from Columbia Coatings! Follow our tale of upgrading just about everything in the shop so we can produce the best products we can.

Nice vid. I have the Redline ez100 and it is ergonomically awful. Also powder waster. The kool koat looks like a great next step. Thx for putting this up online.

We tried every possible permutation of settings with that thing and could never get it to spray worth a crap. That KKHD was kind of pricey but the time savings alone and consistency made it worth it.

We bought Langmuir plasma and kool coat hd in the last year , first time seeing you
