I enjoyed this video. The sights and the sounds of Mumbai come alive. The essential character of the place, it's 'madness' is unchanged from I was there in 1983. The city, like India, has twice the number of people it did back then which is just crazy as it seemed to be so unbearably teaming with humanity even at that stage...
I discovered your channels today and I am gonna watch all of the movies here and in Instagram. Fantastic project! Hope you will visit Warsaw, Poland, one day. Feel invited!

Subscribed. Nice travel vlogs. Getting 'choked' into how the locals live(especially when they are welcoming), is the true travel. Hopefully, you pay a visit to my country Nigeria, soon.
You forgot to mention the Parsis ( Zorostrians) in the population mix. They are the original builders of the city who are mostly the mercantile class. They are also very miniscule in numbers about 70,000 only. Your content is great... Keep it up Peter.
@@PeterSantenello I have actually visited India and Bangladesh, but I have never been to Mumbai. Mumbai seems extremly hectic, even though I am not new to Indian subcontinent.
Well yeah that's true...My mom is a Mumbaikar for her it is normal...while for me it is hell lot of chaotic... I did realise one thing that the Mumbaikars really immerse themselves so much in their work..the city and its life that for them it's just daily routine.. Dealing with crowds, running to catch the local-trains (which is often termed as the lifeline of Mumbai) and just doing the work... They do have a sense of calmness beneath this chaos.. My mum finds it odd when she visits my city which is Pune..It's a lazy city😂 compared to Mumbai
It was sad to see the people that are disabled. I pray that we learn to look after them most. Imagine having no limbs and still t striving to survive. Wow
jack meHoff the people I met in Dharavi were hard working and glad that people were interested in what they do. We had a guide who grew up in Dharavi too and by showing us the whole economy of this area contributed to increasing the standard of living for everybody.
@@marting.4465 they weren't glad because people were interested to know what they do. They were glad because they would be getting cut (commission) from your guide . Who would like to get interrupted by some random tourist while doing their "hardworking" job ? They get 100s if not 1000s of people everyday just like you . Your money contribute to nothing but it would encourage even more tourists like you who want to feel better about themselves by looking at poor people.

India is a fantastic country. A lot of historically important monuments and places. Land of Taj Mahal and Lotus Temple and Sun Temple.
I am so glad that i heard the azan in the background

India🇮🇳 in welcome to India🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
I am Indonesian and honestly my whole body and soul always thanks to Indian IT guys , they have great IT channels, we learn from them so much.
Nice touch with the ghar aaja pardesi remix lol. That was my favorite song from Dilwale. My dads from Mumbai when it was still Bombay. We’re out here in Southern California now tho. Respect 🙏
Welcome to India sir...❤️❤️❤️
I enjoyed this video. The sights and the sounds of Mumbai come alive. The essential character of the place, it's 'madness' is unchanged from I was there in 1983. The city, like India, has twice the number of people it did back then which is just crazy as it seemed to be so unbearably teaming with humanity even at that stage...
Really dig your vibe brother....feels like a mirror watching you !
Awesome close up videos, do you speak any foreign languages? super curious! I bet you have heard them all!
This is my Hometown, I love it!! Love Mumbai!!!

Hi Peter, my husband and I are truly enjoying your videos. Keep up the superb job!!
welcome to india
I discovered your channels today and I am gonna watch all of the movies here and in Instagram. Fantastic project! Hope you will visit Warsaw, Poland, one day. Feel invited!
Just insane to think ive just spend the same on a weeks holiday that one of these washer guys has to work for 10 hours a day for a whole year... But then again, there are probably people that spend in a week what I have to work for, for a whole year.... Crazy world.
My step father was a Navy man. He joined because he loved to travel and meeting people. He would have loved your series.
My impression of Mumbai when I went there, was that it was like visiting another planet. A fascinating place.
I agree!

U always welcome to my India 🇮🇳
I almost had an anxiety attack just watching this.
Cool! I was so trying to give you the viewer a feel of what it's like so this is a nice complement.
Yes, the goats put me on the edge
It was sad to see the people that are disabled. I pray that we learn to look after them most. Imagine having no limbs and still t striving to survive. Wow
7:25 That guy talking on phone😂😂
😂😂😂
😅
I love Indian people. From Saudi 🇸🇦
Reminds me of my trip to Mumbai. Check out Dharavi, if you haven't already. It's highly interesting and eye-opening.
Do you guys consider poor people as some kind of zoo animals to look at ?
jack meHoff you have no idea. Dharavi tours are nothing like “slum tourism”.
@@marting.4465 i live in mumbai and i know what dharavi is . Try again.
jack meHoff the people I met in Dharavi were hard working and glad that people were interested in what they do.
Can’t wait for the next videos!!
