in all honesty this is probably the one bosshim difficulty ranking that i agree with, i think phase 2 is a 4/5 for sure, phase 1 could be like a 3.75/5
mechanics added in:
HE: stands for "Hate Everything", is essentially just KR but it fills up your Pollution Meter.
Pollution Meter: the meter with Papyrus's head next to the shield meter, fills up when HE drains your hp. Signified by a red glow on the outside of the screen that gets stronger as it is filled up, until it reaches max, deals fatal damage (around 150-420), cannot kill, though.
Shield: just a Dust Sans shield, basically, gives invincibility from attacks when used, but drains the meter. If meter is white, it means shield cannot be used.
ACT: act gets 2 new interactions, you can only use 1 per turn:
Heal: heals you anywhere from 50-150, heals anywhere from 150-350 if you're playing on Easy or have less than 4 items left.
Purification: Drains your Pollution Meter anywhere from 30-75, always drains 75 if Easy or less than 4 items left.
Food: gives you heals in the middle of attacks, you can only use 5 the entire phase. I saved them all for the final attack because it's the most problematic.
Colours:
White: well it's just normal bones
Blue: stand still
Orange: move
Purple: more damage than normal bones
Flashing red/blue: only appears on Phase 2's Gaster Blasters, does more damage than purple.
Red: instakill
Ignore These:

you're strong but Merg is stronger to be stronger you need to no hit one bosshim games and you will be stronger (Merg is a youtuber that no hit hard fangames)
ik who merg is but HELL NAW i am not nohitting one of these, tbh people glaze merg way too much imo, like does anyone talk about saltylily? no but she's LEAGUES ahead of merg, but yeah i can accept that i'm worse than merg somewhat, this man's done this kinda stuff for 8 years, i've done it for 2 at most lol. also nohit bosshim games are impossible, especially this one, since phase 2 is impossible to nohit due to large slash hitboxes for attack 6. anyway done with my stupid little vent lol, hopefully i will be able to do something insane, higher than merg-level (which, again, isn't really that much in the grand scheme of things) in the future :)
I wonder if it's possible to train an AI to do a no hit on bosshim games. Although would be very heavy on electricity costs to train one.

Pollution value is marked by the bar with the papyrus head on top, the outsides of the screen becoming red is a sign of it starting to fill. It fills the more HE (the KR replacement for this fight) drains your HP. If it goes full, it will play a loud noise, make the outside of the screen become normal, and drain a random amount of your HP from 150 to 420, though it cannot kill you. It is why you'll sometimes see me taking huge amounts of damage in the final attack for what seems to be no reason.
