Hien , pineapples fresh and awesome to eat Another way to eat without using any knives, first takeaway the leafyhead then hold both sides and, the bottom hit gently to the ground for 10minutes minutes, then roll cicle top of the table for 5minutes minutes, then one of the eye pull it up, there you go ready to eat? Hope you follow the tips and some start eating without a knife 😊

Hello again my dear friend !!😍😍😍 @5:51, you had to lean forward, because the front basket seem to be in your way but you recovered fast and avoided back injury :). The second lift was perfect !! I have done a lot of powerlifting and squats in my days and what I've learned is, before you lift, always tighten up your core first, especially when it is heavy and you are not wearing a weight-belt. All it takes is one mistake and you can get injured. Also, carrying with one shoulder puts a lot of uneven weight and stress on the lumbar vertebrae !! Can you carry the baskets with the bar across both shoulders and behind the neck? You might have to replace the flat bamboo bar with a rounded bamboo bar. It might take some practice to get used to it :). Start with some lighter loads and then work your way up. In time you will be able to carry heavy loads pretty easy :). Keep up the good work !!❤❤❤
Those are useful tips for me, but I didn't do weight training and instead did work like this, I will try not to get injured, thank you my good friend🥰❤
