Weird Hershey's Kiss Commerical

for the last few years this ad has haunted me; it seems like only me and my mom ever saw it, so now that i have a capture card i got to record it finally. this -- as far as im aware -- is the best video of this ad avalible at the moment.
i dont know why some of the notes are missing, but the bells still ring, it makes no sense to me.
