Thanks for the tutorial . Is there a way to render god rays faster ? I need it for an animation . Even with the vray denoiser , areas where light is thin are so noisy . Can I do it in post production or something ?

Check fog height.
If it's too small rays will not show.

when i add the effect vrayfog . the result is so broghter so much exposure . even in the defualt setting of vrayfog element.

Normally it does not act like this. VRay fog does not make the scene bright. It could be some other issue.

Fog distance value and light intensity controls the fog intensity.
