- just a disclaimer, there's been some controversy going around about samurai buyer. people saying it's a scam, the company saying it's not... i found out about this months after making the video, and at this point I don't know what's true and what's been blown out of proportion. i'm not taking any side because again I don't know much about the situation, but I thought it would be important to make sure you're aware and can come to your own conclusions.

Just an update regarding Samurai Buyer. I highly suggest not buying, or at least being very cautious before making a purchase from their website. I haven't been involved in this situation, but I don't condone any actions Misaki has been/is allegedly doing to scam/rip people off. Be careful everyone.

Jaiden it looks like this guy is crazy though, all anyone has heard is from him and its very easy to twist things or screenshots can be faked. Maybe he got fired and just couldn't take it so decided to tell everyone bad things about the company which is not chill and everyone is just beleiving i think the fact he has been able to manipulate everyone to be on his side and tell his followers shows he could be a bad person.

@@flyingduck91 I assume you know the detail but Samurai Buyer had been outted as a scam website and Misaki was pretty much a criminal. Her not making this video would mean she has no clear deniability, and thus would put her in a suspicious situation. Hence me saying it really would be a crime.

Because most of the links are dead and a lot of new people are seeing this. Misaki is a bad person who said Merryweather one of their workers couldn't premote their comics despite saying they could earlier. Acting very rude to them and then fired them for pretty much no reason. The samurai buyer shop is now dead so it's not like it matters anymore

This had so many red flags pinned all over it, it was pretty uncomfortable to watch. I'm just glad that nothing happened to Jaiden or Ari after opening that box. I remember hearing about Misaki in another one of Jaiden's videos, but I'm not sure what the timeline is for all of this. It's just a shame that Jaiden's first "sponsorship" turned out to be a scam. Made for a somewhat entertaining video though, and again, I'm glad Jaiden didn't end up getting hurt from this, or scammed even further.
Looking back now (I couldn’t see it the first few times i seen it years ago) there were BLATANT red flags 😳

Honestly, I just found out about the whole Samurai Buyer situation just now when I tried to go to their website and got lead into the rabbit hole. While it's really late, three years, it makes me happy to know that Jaiden wasn't going to "simp" for Misaki's alleged persona to get her to promote his items (via her pinned comment)

Well I guess that's an Asian thing, where a lot of emphasis is put on grammar and letter formats and use of proper polite language in writing, and by Asia I don't know much about all the Asian countries but I'm pretty sure it's true of South and East Asian countries, like the Indian subcontinent, PRC, Japan, the Koreas, Taiwan (Yes it's a country)
Or maybe it's a fallout of using pardon instead of what all the time
